I would not go to anyone else. He is the most honest person who works on cars. He is the best. I have never heard one negative thing about him. I have been going to him for 15 years. His pricing is super fair, he never overcharges anyone. He defintely treats his customers well and takes great care of them.

My service engine light had been on for over a year, and I knew I likely needed oxygen sensors (based on what other auto folks had said), but they were all quoting me with either a very vague estimate, or one that seemed incredibly high. Some were saying they needed the car all day, would have to charge for diagnosis, etc. I just wanted someone who would be straightforward with me and not rip me off. Rocko's service was fantastic. First of all, he did the diagnostic for free and explained everything in detail. I felt he was being honest. Then, he was able to get the required parts brought over by courier within the hour, so I did not have to come back another day. His price was reasonable and lower than I'd heard otherwise. The entire job took about 3 hours of my time, and with it, a huge weight off my shoulders. He even replaced my interior light for free!

Went in for a noise in the rear end that I thought might have been a bearing. While I was there I asked for an estimate on the window. Rocky also noticed I was past due for an inspection. He got a used mechanism for the window since new was three times as much, fixed the rear axle, and did the inspection in a day and a half. He showed me the window parts he replaced so I could see why it had to be replaced. He came in under his estimate, as well.

Rocky is a great mechanic and we were very happy to have found this place to get our van fixed. The prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. Everyone in the town knows about this place as mostly everyone uses them. I highly recommend Sarno's.
