Complete professionals with lots of experience on tough stains. They were able to get ink out of leather. Not an easy task. Great response time and follow through. Highly recommend.

They came in, on time with smiles, to clean disgusting rugs and velvet couch. They were so lovely and did everything quickly with no breakage or irritating anything bc that I was almost sorry when they finished. Rarely have I met such lovely one of helpers. I recommend highly.

XIX is amazing. I used XIX for first a post reno move in cleaning and then follow on work. Deni came to my rescue and did not take advantage of my situation. I was left high and dry by another service that didn't know what they were doing, needed to get a cleaning done before moving in and with hardly any notice XIX showed up on time, accommodated my needs, and made sure to only price the situation after seeing it to ensure their price was fair. They were honest, accommodating, and respectful. And best yet, they did a great job! The team is very conscientious and made sure I was satisfied, following up to be sure everything was done as I needed. The experience on this first job was so good that I immediately swapped XIX in for another service provider I had booked for my move out move. I plan to use them for future jobs. Highly recommended!

Very prompt and efficient. Danny was the first to call me after I opened the project on Angi. He came over that same evening and gave me a reasonable quote and was able to do the job that weekend. That did wonders for my anxiety as we were living in a house full of very fine construction dust that's impossible to wipe all down yourself! Danny and Sonia wiped down every surface so we can live dustfre once again! Thank you!
