I loved how easy it was to work with Xix. They are true professionals and very quick. Would recommend them for your cleaning needs. I have old tiles and for a low cost they made them look brand new. Saved me lots of money in not getting new floors done.

I hired XiX Maintenance for a deep clean before my house goes on the market. They arrived on time with all the necessary equipment and did an absolutely phenomenal job. They cleaned surfaces in my house that I hadn't even thought to clean in the 5 years I've lived here and made them shine. I highly recommend them! Price was reasonable, they were very trustworthy, and extremely efficient.

Hired XiX Maintenance to clean up my 2500-square foot garage after concrete floor was poured. They did so much better than I thought was even possible; the space is immaculate now. I will ABSOLUTELY be calling on them again for future cleans, as well as recommending them to others in need of their services. The cleaners were kind, hard working, and very considerate of my requests. I consider myself difficult to please, but XiX Maintenace gets an A++++!!!!
