They are very reliable. We have been using them for many years. They do an excellent job. When we have an emergency they come out right away, they are really a wonderful company.

Whenever I have a problem I just give them a call and they come out to fix the issue. It is comforting to know especially in the winter that you are bumped up to the top of their list by having a contract with them. I have never had a problem, they had always been responsive.

I have been very happy with their services. They always come on time and when it is convenient for my schedule. They call when my furnace needs to be cleaned. They tell you ahead of time and give you the different options for what maintenance needs to be done on an older furnace. They always clean up nicely and are very courteous.

It went very well. I have been using them for a while now. I use them for my oil tank. they also treat me very well. They do good work, aare always on time.

This is an ongoing service.

For some reason - this company has not returned phone call s, nor responded to e-mails through Angie's list, when I was trying to inquire about installing gas boiler(s).
This is totally unprofessional, and I personnally do not "get it".

It was a very positive experience. They provided the price on the spot, there was no advance visit. They were very reasonably priced, they did excellent work and they saved us a lot of money by repairing the old fixture rather than selling us a new one. I would say the integrity was very high. In our care they are a local company, they did the job at a fair price and it was done properly. They came very promptly after being called, they fixed the problem very rapidly and did good work.

Extremely professional, courteous and punctual. I had Ranshaw for my heating when I had oil, and needed a new system since the old system was 36 yrs old. I decided to go to gas. Called in 3 additional cojmpanies, and Ranshaw was the most reasonable, and were willing to also replace the hot water tank included in the total price. We call them for any plumbing problems, and have used them for 36 years. I highly recommend them.

I have been using them since 1975 when I moved in to this house. They have been providing such good service that I never had to look for another company.
