The travel fee (driving to your house) is a requirement by law for all licensed moving companies, registered with the state. Q’s Moving Corp. resolved this issue last year along with the Better Business Bureau case, which has been closed since last September in our favor. Though we are unsure as to how/why this makes Q’s Moving Corp. dishonest, we can understand your frustration and dissatisfaction. We still thank you for your business and your feedback."
