Dent Doctor

-Turchiano botched this $800 job and broke his promises -He promised “95%” repair to car with cosmetic tree-fall damage; actual result was maybe 50%. Pics are typical for all of hood and roof. -He blew some fuses when removing the headliner, tried to fix it by working on the fuse box for an hour but totally messed up the car’s electrics (instrument panel, alternator, power steering, and air bags), and car would no longer run. Turchiano promised he would cover the cost of repair at a repair shop. -Broke the retaining clips on the overhead light console and now it hangs down -Car had to be towed to repair shop to fix electrics. Turchiano broke his promise and refused to pay the $224 I paid to repair his mess. -Turchiano says he is “licensed and insured” but I could not find his license on the NYS web page. Ask him to show his license.

Very well. He came to my house the same day, did the work to my satisfaction and the cost was about one-third of what most body and fender repair shops charge.

Great. Chris was super responsive. He said it would take two hours to fix the three dents. They started on it right away, and it only took one hour. They did a very good job and the price was much, much less than what the Toyota dealer wanted to charge.

After the Dent Doctor was done with the repair, the dent was gone.  I used the mobile service.  The technician is very skillful in his work.

I have never seen a more honest, professional auto technician. I had two dents on two different doors. One dent, although small, was very deep and in a very difficult place to bump out. Marcus spent nearly an hour trying to remove this dent for the quoted price of $280. He was only able to bump it out 60%, and as a result he said the job was free!!! He was fearful of doing more because he didn't want to break the paint. I offered him $100 since he did remove the other dent, but he refused the money!!! I forced him to take $50 because, as I said, he removed one dent and 60% of the second dent. I would use them again in a second!!! An honest worker is worth a million dollars!!!!!
