They were very punctual for the estimate and the work that was done. Marcos did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and how it would resolve the problem. They are the Most considerate group of folks we have worked w so far since buying a new home! They rescheduled dates due to the weather and worked w our schedule; They were on time, professional, polite, tidy, and worked in c34 degree weather 3 days straight to get the roof fixed. They gladly let me up on the roof to see their work before, during and after. They cleaned the yard and driveway to be spotless from debris. Marco is the onsite contact; he sets up the workers and comes throughout the day to gauge work and progress. Amanda is the office contact: she is extremely responsive and helpful, and reachable Sunday evenings (monitoring weather reports!).

Excellent. Very punctual, communicated all their findings, and took photos so I could see the damage and approve the repair. They cleaned up 100 % of the debris from the yard.

Marcos and his wife Amanda have been excellent to deal with. We bought a house that was poorly inspected by House 2 Home inspector Ron Picardi - Mr. Picardi failed to see that the roof was done poorly and the flashing installed backwards causing massive leaks during rainstorms. Marcos showed me the problems and replace the roof over the garage and part of the roof over our porch-room. When leaks continued in the porch room Marcos came back and replaced more of the roof at no additional charge. We will eventually have to replace the entire roof, and will contract with Strong Hammer to do that job. Marcos is very friendly and extremely professional, and takes great pride in his work. I purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List to have Strong Hammer clean our gutters. Everything was top notch - scheduling was smooth with great communication, the workers arrived on time, were exceedingly polite and professional, and worked quickly and diligently. I will use them again for any future gutter or roofing related issue.

The experience could not have been better. Communication to set up the appointment was excellent; Marcos arrived right on time the day of the appointment and he and his assistant immediately got to work cleaning the gutters. They not only cleared all the gutters by hand, but they also checked down spouts and filters and used a leaf blower to clear other debris from the roof, gutters and even the driveway. They were meticulous in cleaning up after themselves, especially given how decayed some of the leaf debris was. Marcos also pointed out something which I had noticed on the gutter at the front of the garage - the gutter was bowed rather than pitched and so was holding water at one end. Marcos gave me a price to come back and fix that as well as another gutter elsewhere on the house with the same issue. This was done during a subsequent visit, so we now have free flowing, correctly pitched gutters. Marcos was friendly and polite and happy to answer questions about the state of the gutters and need for periodic cleaning. I would not hesitate to recommend Strong Hammer Contracting and plan to use them for my future gutter maintenance

I purchased a Big Deal for gutter cleaning with Strong Hammer through Angie's list. This company is exceptionally professional. They called to say they were going to be a few minutes late, which was greatly appreciated, and then arrived promptly at the promised arrival time. The guys were very polite and extremely accommodating as they also cleaned the gutters on my detached garage with no complaints. I would recommend them without hesitation and I absolutely intend to continue to use them for future gutter cleaning and roof/contracting needs. I have absolutely no complaints. it was a job well done.

Went very well. Was a busy season so I had to wait a little for an appointment. They arrived on time, completed all the work including cleaning up leaves from my deck!

Very polite. Put back gutter guards that the painters had moved. Professional and got on with the job. Also took all the debris with them so there was no clear up afterwards

I was very impressed with the job Strong hammer provided and highly recommend them. I have had a pesky leak in my chimney that 2 other roofers could not fix for years. They found a leak in the pointing, spent 2 days carving and grinding out all the concrete and then a third day repointing the entire chimney and building a new crown. They removed 2 rows of slate and placed a new rubber waterproof membrane, hand cut and installed new copper flashing around the chimney and finally, they sprayed a waterproofing compound around all of their work to seal. The job looks fantastic. They power washed all the roof and they left the area spotless. We had an unbelievable downpour and so far the leak has stopped. Extremely nice people and a pleasure to have around. They were so kind, they even caulked the window of my elderly neighbors house and wouldn't charge her. They gave me a two year guarantee for their work.
