They give you exact details on the problem and different options on how to resolve the problem. Although more expensive, I know they are fixing the problem and will come back if there are any additional issues

Description of Work: Good service as usual. Nice people. My only complaint is this company continuously tries to upsell me on services such as contract plans and other items that are not needed. They also call me on cellphone multiple times trying to solicit business. It bothers me. As far as quality, they are top notch, but they are overly aggressive and intrusive about soliciting.

Description of Work: They came the same day that I called on a Saturday when we were out of heat and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently at a fair price. They had to make a long trip from Peekskill to South Salem to get here.

Description of Work: I purchased a $74.50 Big Deal for a 15-point gas boiler or gas furnace maintenance inspection, tune-up and cleaning. The did a furnace tune-up. They also gave me a proposal for a new zoning panel, but they were too expensive and unwilling to compromise on the price. They were fine, professional, and good.

Description of Work: Every year a technician comes out to check our a/c system which Sila installed in 2008, during one of the hottest weeks ever. Intallation was on point and the a/c system is great. the technicians who have inspected the system have been very thorough and curteous. I would definitely recommend this company.
