Description of Work: We paid an additional $20 (in addition to the $10 tip) to have them fix an additional toilet -- the package didn't include the extra toilet. The problem returned a week later. We called them, but they told us that the work on the extra toilet wasn't covered, plus they were no longer doing that kind of work anymore and, lastly, the plumber who serviced us was no longer with the company. In addition to all of the above, they had to be booked way in advance and they didn't return calls promptly. I would have rated them higher on the price scale IF their work was any good.
