Perfect, all questions answered
Description of Work: From installation to today's routine maintenance, Sila is different in a good way from the multiple HVAC companies with whom I have done business. I was very impressed that they initiated the service call before the AC season begins. Their 5 year free service with the purchase of a new unit is super appreciated and the reason I bought from them. Since my unit was installed with a wifi thermostat that turns off whenever my phone is 500 feet away, my electric bill is $200 less each month from September to March!

Terrible experience.
Description of Work: I purchased a Furnace Tune Up from Sila Heating and Air Conditioning only to find out while I was aloud to make this purchase they didn't service my area. I went back and forth with Angie's list for a refund only to be told Sila had to issue the refund. I purchased this on November 2,2017 and I am still waiting for Sila to refund me.

We had our estimate and installation done in February and did better on the price than if we waited to spring or summer. The work took only 4 days, one less than the estimated time. The person who did the estimate supervised most of the time. The system works very well providing cool, quiet air to the entire home. It is an excellent product and company.
Description of Work: Unique installed central A/C in our older home using small tubing and a high velocity system. Instead of large traditional ducts that would damage our walls, tubing was fed through the ceiling and small (half dollar) size vents force cool air down into the room.

Unique was very professional, called all the time to check on our status, came as soon as we were ready for them, worked well with our GC and was overall pleasant to deal with. They came recommended to us and though we installed the A/C in the fall and winter, our one year guarantee doesn't kick in 'til the first summer season;fair all around. We investigated hi velocity vs. standard duct-based A/C and found h/v better for getting A/C in hard to reach spots in an older home with peculiar framing.
