RLS Plumbing and Heating

Rick spent 3 straight days rerouting ALL pipes behind the kitchen cabinets. We ran in to a problem that we forgot to calculate for where the pipes had to go. Fortunately we had a 12 inch triangle  which Rick was able to move existing pipe and make it work. He also added new drainage .. hiding ugly pipe that use to run through my old cabinets.
Rick has performed all the major plumbing in my house. From installing new baseboard to installing a new water tank and furnace. When we had our back room enclosed, the contractor doing the construction mentioned, he had never worked with such a neater person. 
He is clean and efficient and removes all debris.

We have known Rick since 1998 when our contractor brought him in as the plumbing contractor for a new kitchen and bathroom.  He and the contractor did a superb job for us.  Following this renovation we continue to call upon Rick whenever we have plumbing issues.  Some of the things he has helped us with are: toilet malfunctions, disposal problems, replacement of basement sink faucet, repair of outside hose bibs, etc.  He responds quickly when we call, gets to the heart of the matter and is extremely easy and pleasant to work with.

Both visits were seamless. The water heater solved a problem we had been having in our home where we were finding water in the basement, and it works much better than our last water heater (higher efficiency/more hot water faster).
