We were very happy with Jim's service. He hooked up our new computer, gave us an overview to make sure we understood how to use it and after hooking up our printer, showed us how we can print photos from our phone. Very reasonably priced and knowledgeable.

Jim explained the process to setup our new computer would take about 2 hours and asked what time was convenient for us. He came back the following morning, hooked up the monitor and tower and printer and our cable modem. He was very informative in explaining what he was doing. He had to download several updates and once it was completed documented everything he did and offered to give us a quick training which we took advantage of. We were both pleased with his service.

I called Jim's computer service and left a message. No one called back. I called again about a week later, and their voicemail was either full, or not working, as it disconnected me after playing its outgoing message. It's been 3 weeks since my first call, and I've given up waiting. Maybe there was some type of company emergency which prevented them from calling back - if so, they deserve some slack; for now though, all they deserve is an "F".

It is not something I would ever want to experience myself with dealing with a business. I went back over the tracking number (phone number) information and see you first called on 9/11. Unfortunately I was at 4 Memorials and gave a speech at my High School that day. The tracking number (also known as the phone number for my business) is assigned by my web hosting company did have problems for approximately 3 days which did cut off people. To explain; a tracking number simply forwards the call to my home number. It also allows me to measure how my business is doing. While I'm sure you do not care (and rightfully so and I agree), I'm extremely sorry about this. I take great pride with the work that I do as well as discipline and I think that is all because of the training and background I have. I want my customers to be happy with the service I provide to them. I love helping my customers. I'm sure if you spoke to any of them they would tell you the same. With all that being said, I would like to talk to you either by phone or in person to see if you still need help or if I can assist you in any other way. The best time to reach me is after 5pm when my visits are over and I am home. I look forward to hearing from you, and again my sincere apologies."
