"Hi [Member Name Removed], this is Jim and I am the owner of Jim's Computer Business. I'm sorry you had this type of customer experience with us. It is not something I would ever want to experience myself with dealing with a business. I went back over the tracking number (phone number) information and see you first called on 9/11. Unfortunately I was at 4 Memorials and gave a speech at my High School that day. The tracking number (also known as the phone number for my business) is assigned by my web hosting company did have problems for approximately 3 days which did cut off people. To explain; a tracking number simply forwards the call to my home number. It also allows me to measure how my business is doing. While I'm sure you do not care (and rightfully so and I agree), I'm extremely sorry about this. I take great pride with the work that I do as well as discipline and I think that is all because of the training and background I have. I want my customers to be happy with the service I provide to them. I love helping my customers. I'm sure if you spoke to any of them they would tell you the same. With all that being said, I would like to talk to you either by phone or in person to see if you still need help or if I can assist you in any other way.
