For over 20 years, IQ has helped define places and shape scenic experiences in New York State and beyond. We emphasize research-driven, nature-centered design that revitalizes communities and succeeds in creating one-of-a-kind destinations. Informed by tradition but inventive and flexible in the face of modern challenges, we share a commitment to superior design and innovative land use that is both cost-effective and environmentally sensitive.
