About us
Clark’s ‘Extra Care’ Moving and Storage is a private third generation family owned moving company with a history of service in White Plains, NY. In 1928, Willie Clark, a young Navy veteran, purchased a box truck and established W.H Clark Express Moving, one of the first local moving companies in Westchester, NY at the time. Working tirelessly delivering household goods between New York and Westchester County, Clark’s expanded to become a full service moving company with a fleet of vans and multiple storage warehouses. Willie Clark remained actively involved in the business well into his 80’s, eventually passing it on to his sons. After over 85 years of service the Clark’s Moving family team is still “on the move” and eager to impress you with our quality ‘Extra Care’ local and long distance moving services.
