They're excellent - arrive promptly as promised, they do outstanding work, and they care about their customers.  They're real pros.

They’re excellent!  The owner, Mike, is a great guy.  He’s very conscientious and we’ve been impressed by their customer service and commitment to excellence.  We’ve used them for years in several different houses.  The price was excellent, and they were flexible when we had to reschedule an appointment.

I was not thrilled.  I have expensive oriental carpets and I felt that the end result left the carpets stiff and possibly shrunken.  When I voiced my concerns, they got very defensive.  I initially chose to use them because their pricing was reasonable, but I wouldn’t take the risk of using them again.

They’re great!  They’re my go-to carpet cleaners, and I use them over the competition because they’re so responsive, respectful, and they do great work.  I like that they’re a family-run business, because you just don’t see that very often anymore.  They might not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.  We had them out to do all the water damage work after Sandy hit, which entailed ripping out drywall and several other things in our basement.  We’re very happy with Bowerman!

They’re great!  They have really effective non-toxic products and they’re reasonably priced.  I’ve used them 2-3 times and I’ll do so in the future as well.  The quality of their work was great, and they were great across the board!

They did a great job!  Michael removed the sewage, tore up the carpet, removed the molding and sheetrock to a degree, disinfected everything that could possibly need to be disinfected, and make all the preparations needed for reconstruction.  They were really good and I have nothing but good things to say about him.  I’d definitely hire him again.  It was a bit expensive because I had some trouble with my insurance provider, but it would be reasonable for anyone who has good coverage.  Michael went above and beyond to make sure were satisfied.  He was actually able to avoid taking out our bathroom vanity and wall tile through some really creative means, which we definitely appreciated.

The 2 gentlemen who came were prompt, courteous and professional.  They got right to it and cleaned my carpet, chairs, couch and ottoman.  I have a new puppy, a lot of muddy paws and a very large white club chair and ottoman.  They did an amazing job on ALL the pieces they cleaned.  When they were finished, they left a paper carpet for me to walk on until the carpet dried completely. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and am grateful to Angie's list for providing me a vendor who is professional and reliable! 

My rugs, carpeting and furniture were in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and I was referred to Bowerman Carpet Cleaning by my neighbor. I was pleasantly surprised to speak with Michael, the owner, on the phone and he was very knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. Michael explained that his cleaning products were eco-friendley and safe for my family and I. His technicians arrived on time for the appointment and even called ahead to let me know that they were on their way. After arriving, the technicians described the process before they began and took care of every detail. They carefully moved any furniture and placed protective covers so that my walls wouldn't be marred by the hoses. I was very impressed with the care they took, they even took the time to chase after my dog after he escaped from the gated area in my kitchen. They worked very carefully and did exactly what I had asked for. My rugs, carpeting and furniture came out beautifully. They did a walk-through with me after the cleaning was complete to make sure that I was happy with their work. I even called Michael after the appointment because I wanted to express how pleased I was with his technicians and the thorough work they do. I have since recommended them to several family members and friends; so many of my neighbors already use their services. I have used them a total of 3 times already and will continue to do so.
