Very good. The people I spoke to, one being the owner were very courteous and helpful. I was in a hurry to get it back that afternoon so my son could drive back to school in Connecticut for finals, and Excellence were very helpful even though I was a new customer. When they were done they sincerely thanked me for bringing our business to them. A's all around, cept for a B on price, which was still reasonable, but not "Wow!" reasonable. I did not feel taken advantage of, in anyway, and would use Excellence for any future car problems.
