When their used car salesman at the time "steven kaufman" (which is now their general sales manager) was not able to sell the car he promised to sell at a higher price than a trade would yield, i told him i was coming to pick up the car and was going to give it to my future brother in law.He immediately changed his story and told me he had sold the car(which meant he forged the title as it was left unsigned).He was told that if he did not return the car he would be held accountable for his illegal activity, he immediately returned the car.By the way he sold the car to his daughter.I called the dealership to report this but he has since been promoted so his behavior  must be acceptable to them.
