The owner Ron explained the process and offered advice. He was fair and professional.

Ron was prompt and professional. He assessed the situation, determined the problem, discussed the plan, left to purchase parts and returned in a timely fashion. He removed the disposal and reconnected the pipes and the dishwasher. He was very nice and not costly. I would definitely use him again.

Outstanding service! I called for the first time this morning and spoke with Ron, the owner, who was driving and pulled over to take my call. I believed it was time for service and although it was not an emergency, he arranged to come personally the same day. He and his employee emptied my cesspool, checking with me after 1000 gallons in case I didn't want to spend additional money to empty my the tank entirely. I wanted to empty all the way, which he did and asked about chemicals, explaining how much chemical is appropriate per 1000 gallons. He was courteous, committed and absolutely cares about his customers. I have asked Ron to come back in a couple of weeks with his camera to help us locate our main cesspool which 3 other companies have not been able to find. I will use Evergreen Custom Cesspool exclusively going forward.

I chose Evergreen because there was a deal on drain cleaning that popped up on Angie's list.  Ron was very prompt, friendly and professional.  He had to run the snake very far into the drain twice to get things cleared, but ultimately got it running again.  And he returned later that day when I called him because the pipe under the sink was leaking slightly - he had to make a big trip to get back here but he did it no questions asked.  My only regret is that he could not do some other plumbing work we needed done.  I would definitely recommend him.

I had a similar problem with my mother in laws downstairs shower stall not draining a few years back. Her tenant called a competitor. The technician needed help because of a worn out cutting blade (used to grind through roots).  After milking the job and struggling like bumbling idiots they presented a bill for around $1500.  I have an 'A' rated service company and wasn't having it.  I paid about half and knew I was still ripped off.
     When I needed service this time I was able to use my Angie's membership to find a true 'A'.  I looked for a close A rated company and read the last 5 reviews.  All A's, the same technician mentioned in most ratings (like mine) and a rating that matched what I thought I needed.
My wife met the tech and within 1-2 hours it was fixed for what my company charge as a minimum for service.  ($250)

Ron is a truly honest and hard worker He cam several times to try and find this cesspool He would not quit He was so nice i felt like he was an old friend...He helped in in everyway..and got the builder on the phone and we finally found it...oddly in my backyard under my walkways..and patio...talk about a bad placement.
He also cot my property mapped out so I know where my gas and water lines are...again in a place i never expected...I so appreciate everything he did for me..
He gave me a product to use...each month...i have noticed my drains are faster and toilet works better too..it is so much better than the home depot gallon of stuff...
I now know I have two cesspools and where they are..I will use Ron for my house and my mom's ...i just could not trust anyone else...
His wife runs the office..what a doll...she made calling the office a nice experience...
Sometimes we really need a friend in the biz...especially cesspool...through angies list..i feel i found one..

Ron is great. He showed up a bit early and we discussed the entire workings of a cess pool in depth. He is extremely knowledgeable and really takes time with his clients. He even came into my house and helped me figure out a completely separate plumbing issue that I was having. I highly recommend his services.

They showed up promptly at the agreed upon date and time. The work was done efficiently and quickly and recommendations were made to prevent future problems. Ron was professional, polite and very helpful. I will definitely call them again next time we need their services.

Ron was extremely timely and informative about the job that needed to be done to remove the blockage from the main drain line located in the basement.  He worked diligently and efficiently to resolve the problem.  Once the blockage was removed, he checked that all the lines were clear by testing the water output from the sinks, washing machine, dishwasher, and toilets.  His prices are very fair, and his dedication to the task at hand is impeccable.

Outstanding service!!  Very knowledgeable and professional, with a very strong work ethic.  Came when he said he would.  He explained exactly what was needed done and why.  He then did it perfectly and actually charged me less than anticipated.  He showed me the work when completed and tested/showed me that everything is now working properly.  He explained what other measures could be done but why they were not recommended or necessary.  He also explained what might be considered for future planning years down the road.  I highly recommend Evergreen.  They will be the only company i call in the future for this type of service.  Thank You for a job very well done!

Very professional, on time. Examined my drain and told me we did not need a any service. He spent about 20 minutes at our house and refused to charge us for his time. We were very happy with his advise and will call him again if we have a problem.I would recommend him to my neighbors.
