Ron was very professional and punctual. He explained what he was doing and the condition of our main line and cesspool using the camera. He pumped out and aerated the cesspool and placed chemicals in it. Will use him for pumping our cesspool in the future again and recommend their services

My tenant texted me on 10/30/14 to let me know that the downstairs toilet was clogged and leaking everywhere. The maintenance people at the complex informed me that I would need a plumbing service to remove the toilet and fix the clog which was deep inside the drain. I called several companies and either they couldn't come out or they were quoting me very high prices. I found Evergreen on Angie's list and the lady who answered the phone put me in immediate contact with the owner Ron. He was very professional and he quoted a fair and reasonable price and came out the same day. He even waited for my tenant to get home so that he could take care of the problem immediately. He called me after the job was completed, was willing to mail me the bill and there were no surprises. I asked my tenant if he was happy with the work that was done and he informed me that he was. Overall I was very happy with this company and I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.

we bought the house and had NO idea where our septic tank/cesspool was.  Ron had to come over twice but did find it! Miracle really.  He found a trap first and then figured out an approximate location of the tank itself.  Spot on.  It's been 10 years since the last service and we lucky we had Ron help otherwise our system would eventually overflow.  He was here for a while working in a heat...very nice guy.  Will have him back for servicing!

Ron was very punctual and discussed exactly what needed to be done with our cesspool. My wife and I are new homeowners so Ron's genuine and honest service provided us with a comfort level that we mitigated potential future issues. If however, we do have an issue with our system, our first call will be to Ron at Evergreen Cesspool.

We were just about to leave for a family function when my husband heard the toilet in our first floor bathroom making gurgling noises.  I jumped on Angie's List and looked up cesspool service and we called Ron.  He wasn't able come last night but said he would be here first thing this morning.  He arrived at 8:30 am and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently.  He pumped the cesspool, snaked it from inside and poured in chemicals to prevent future issues.  We had forgotten to mention that we found him here but when he asked how we had found his services as he was leaving, he called us 15 minutes later and told us he would be sending us a check for the 10% discount!  He was courteous, punctual and professional and there was no nonsense involved in the entire process.  Hopefully, we won't need his services again but if we do, I would  definitely call him again and I would unequivocally recommend him!

After finding a hidden water valve and gas valve Ron ended up using a camera to try and find the cesspool. He spent a couple hours with one of his men and only charged for the initial visit. Very professional and I will be calling to have him come back and excavate to access the cesspool. We found that i didn't need to have it pumped immediately and he didn't pressure me into scheduling the additional work.

They came on time and got started right away. They were polite and explained everything. I have no complaints.

Called Ron on a Holiday Weekend (Memorial Day). Got to my house the very next morning. Assessed problem. Explained exactly what he was going to do & why he did not think a more expensive solution was required. Roto rootered trap $ waste line, entire job took 30 minutes. Courteous, professional & extremely competent. In a business filled with less than reputable companies, Ron was a pleasure to deal with

Ron, the owner of Evergreen came to our home the day we called him. He was professional, prompt and courteous. He was also extremely knowledgeable and fair. We have used other cesspool companies in the past, and they do not compare to Evergreen. We would definitely call the company in the future if we had another problem.

After 20+ years of living in a house with a cesspool and dealing with many unprofessional and incompetent cesspool companies, it is a pleasure to finally find an excellent one. Ron the owner is very honest and professional, and most importantly does the job correctly for a fair price. We finally have a septic system that works the way its supposed to after he came and corrected the mistakes made previously by either lazy or incompetent workers. If you have a problem with your cesspool it is no fun--put yourself in Ron's hands and you will have one less thing to worry about.

It was Easter morning, family from here and out of town were coming for early dinner.  I noticed that the pipe that empties the water from the washer was backed up and spilling over onto the floor.  I called at least 6 places and left messages on their machines.  Ron was the only one that returned my call quickly.  He apologized for not being able to come quickly but gave me a time that he could come.  I told him I would try to get someone sooner but to assume that he should come.  He called back earlier that expected to confirm - showed up earlier that he said.  Worked quickly to clear up the problem.  He wrote out the bill.  When I mentioned Angies List he said I get a 10% diacount and went back to his truck to rewrite the bill for me.  What a nice, professional, and fair person.  My brother in law was there and took his card so that he could use him in the furture.  He took time out from his holiday to help me with mine.  Very grateful.

Digging in the backyard to plant a tree endup finding a big black hole in the ground. Called three companies at 8:30 the next morning and only Evergreen had someone I could talk to. Ron called back that morning and scheduled to come and look at it next morning. They came out on time, fixed everything up. And cleaned out the cesspool at my request after checking it and seeing that it was almost fulll. Great work and nice people.

The job went very well.  I actually never had the please of meeting Ron or seeing the work being done.  That's how smoothly it went.  He arranged the town inspector to come and did the job while I was at work.  All I had to do was send him a check.  Working with Evergreen was a great experience.

Excellent. Ron and his employees including his office staff were polite, punctual, made return calls and his service was excellent.Ron is a person you can talk to and will listen to your concerns about the job. The excavation and the placement of his equipment was done in such a manner so that the least damage was done to the property. He worked around the flower beds, cleaned up and racked over the excavated area. I would definitely recommend him.

It went great from start to finsh, the owner was out with worker doing the job and explaining everything that they were doing. They were very professional and courteous and clean up when all was done. You would never new they were there.

Ron was upfront and honest with his costs..and the costs were competitive. This happened on a Sunday (of course!) We predug the cover up for the first pool..and said "oh s#@t needs to be pumped.(.I never had it done and ive been there 8 years) Ron showed up when he said he would- he and my husband searched tirelessly for the second. Finally found it, hubby dug it up, both pumped out and treated. No hidden costs- no BS. Ron a nice hardworking person like us!

Ron was amazing.  He made every effort to get to my house asap because everything was overflowing.  I have only been in this house for a year and did know what was going on. He kept constant phone contact and did in fact make it that day. It was a very very cold Saturday and snow covered the ground. Ron patiently tried everything in trying to make sure costs were kept to a minimum.  He spoke to us every step of the way explaining what he was doing and looking for, etc.  There was so much work he did, he found the two septic tanks (apparently one was eliminated and a new one was attached to the pipes) and thoroughly explained what the issue was.  Thankfully it was roots going into the pipe which he cleared and charged only 150.00. We gave him much more because of all of his effort and honesty.
Ron just came back again to clean the septic tank which was also full.  He was once again thorough and honest.  We would recommend him very highly to anyone.  A very honest and nice man with a great work ethic.

We experienced a clog in our main waste line which let's just say was quite the mess in the basement. I contacted Ron at approximately 10:30 am on a Saturday. He was at our house by 1:00 (even had someone call us to notify us that he would be approx. an hour later than he anticipated which never happens). He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and quite frankly my savior that day. He taught us how to maintain our septic system so that this disaster doesn't happen again. Highly recommend!!!

I rarely write reviews, but Ron, who owns Evergreen, was such a pleasure to work with that I wanted to do something in return.  He's honest, on time, polite respectful, and very hard working.  No BS.  He was referred to me by a friend who had the same good experience.  This was my second experience with him because he also re-built my collapsed cesspool a year earlier and again was the same honest, reliable self.  He does what he says and at a very fair price.  2 other companies quoted me $7,000 to rebuild the cesspool.  Ron did mine at $5,000.  Sames as my friend too.  
I asked him questions about the low price, quality of materials, etc.   He basically said he does all the work himself instead of paying a lot of extra guys to do the work.  When he rebuilt the cesspool, he had a few guys help while he ran the backhoe, but he was there every minute of the job.  I even took took pictures of the cesspool rings and their stamped logo before they went in to the ground in case I had a problem later; that didn't seem to bother him at all.
When he fixed the broken trap pipe, he was the one tearing our the old pipe and putting in the new one, not his assistant who was with him.
I think Ron is the type of guy who is content running a small business himself, his way.  He's just a good guy making a living and I hope he's very successful doing so.

The roto rooter was done in one day... The draining/unclogging of the pipes. He made an appointment with me to return to pump out the cesspool and apply the two chemicals - which he did. Overall I was very pleased with the job..he was on time, efficient and very pleasant. I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors.
