EVERGREEN CUSTOM CESSPOOL

I have been meaning to circle back to write this review.  Let me start by saying Ron was as friendly and knowledgeable as I could ask someone to be.  He knows his craft inside and out, and was on site the entire time.  I am one to really appreciate the whole owner/operator type of business model, as it ensures things are done right the first time. 
Regarding the task at hand, Ron spent a total of three days/trips to my new home.  The first was simply an attempt to locate the tank, as I only had a general idea of where it was.  This was at no charge. The second day he came in with the heavy equipment, as the tank turned out being three feet down under HEAVY, packed soil.  Not something you could reach with a shovel. Turns out the main tank was chock full, not having been emptied in at least 5 years, maybe more (how pleasant!). 
Anyway, tank was emptied, chemicals added, and Ron also took the time to install a collar for future access, so not the cap is six inches down rather than three feet.  He also inspected the overflow tank, and of course returned my front yard to as-good-as-can be expected shape.  Plus, he came back a third time to correct a hole from settling soil and another minor issue, again at no charge. 
As someone who is regularly running into scammers, being overcharged for services, and generally does not have much luck hiring people for home repairs, I was pretty much 100% satisfied with the experience, cost, etc.  His prices were beyond fair, and
again the approach was exceptional. Ron will be my go to guy next time out.  Obviously a strong recommend.

The job was done quickly and was just what I asked for.  The price was fair for the work that was done. The price for the total job was about $500.00 less than two other quotes.
You can't ask for more than the job being done at a fair price on-time with the expected results.

Ron was very helpful.  He answered every question I had and explained to me how my cesspool system works (first time owning a home with a cesspool).  He didn't try to up sale me anything just found the problem and fixed it.  He was quick, very professional, and very helpful.  I totally recommend him.

Early in the afternoon after taking a shower and doing a load of wash, I noticed gurgling in my basement toilet.  This has happened in the past and my cesspool has overflowed into the downstairs bathroom.   I immediately checked Angie's list and found Evergreen Custom Cesspool.  I called the number listed, and a very nice woman named Sandy took all my information, and called me back within a few minutes to tell me that they would be there within the hour. 
Ron came and told me what they would do and gave me a price, which was very reasonable.  I agreed, and he and his helper proceeded to do the work.  I was very pleased at the prompt response, reasonable cost and professionalism.  I was so relieved that it was taken care of so fast.

After a minor interior problem with my drainage system, It made me think that my pools haven't been serviced in the last 20 years and the covers are buried deep. Since I did not want a problem in the middle of winter and have dig through frozen ground I decided to have them checked now.  I consulted Angie's list and the BBB and called three companies.
One company never called back the second gave me a "not too bad of a estimate" over the phone. Ron from Evergreen came out to do an onsite estimate. Ron is friendly and knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me any unnecessary additions. The price we agreed on was more the fair and a date was set. After a weather related delay the very professional crew arrived early the next available day  and quickly completed the job and cleaned up the area nicely.
As it turned out I averted a potential disaster since both  pools were nearly full. In conclusion the job went very well and I would highly recommend Evergreen to friends and family  To top it off the final price was below the estimate.

This is an A+ service. Ron was able to file Town paperwork quickly and then he scheduled with the inspector and showed up as promised. Job was done quickly with no surprises.

They showed up on time in bad weather cleaned out my drywell added chemicals to help it drain. The owner was very friendly and did not try to sell me more work than i needed the price was the lowest I found and they even give a Angies list discount.

Ron was very professional and punctual. He explained what he was doing and the condition of our main line and cesspool using the camera. He pumped out and aerated the cesspool and placed chemicals in it. Will use him for pumping our cesspool in the future again and recommend their services

My tenant texted me on 10/30/14 to let me know that the downstairs toilet was clogged and leaking everywhere. The maintenance people at the complex informed me that I would need a plumbing service to remove the toilet and fix the clog which was deep inside the drain. I called several companies and either they couldn't come out or they were quoting me very high prices. I found Evergreen on Angie's list and the lady who answered the phone put me in immediate contact with the owner Ron. He was very professional and he quoted a fair and reasonable price and came out the same day. He even waited for my tenant to get home so that he could take care of the problem immediately. He called me after the job was completed, was willing to mail me the bill and there were no surprises. I asked my tenant if he was happy with the work that was done and he informed me that he was. Overall I was very happy with this company and I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.

we bought the house and had NO idea where our septic tank/cesspool was.  Ron had to come over twice but did find it! Miracle really.  He found a trap first and then figured out an approximate location of the tank itself.  Spot on.  It's been 10 years since the last service and we lucky we had Ron help otherwise our system would eventually overflow.  He was here for a while working in a heat...very nice guy.  Will have him back for servicing!

Ron was very punctual and discussed exactly what needed to be done with our cesspool. My wife and I are new homeowners so Ron's genuine and honest service provided us with a comfort level that we mitigated potential future issues. If however, we do have an issue with our system, our first call will be to Ron at Evergreen Cesspool.

They showed up on time and did exactly as promised.  Everything is working well now.

We were just about to leave for a family function when my husband heard the toilet in our first floor bathroom making gurgling noises.  I jumped on Angie's List and looked up cesspool service and we called Ron.  He wasn't able come last night but said he would be here first thing this morning.  He arrived at 8:30 am and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently.  He pumped the cesspool, snaked it from inside and poured in chemicals to prevent future issues.  We had forgotten to mention that we found him here but when he asked how we had found his services as he was leaving, he called us 15 minutes later and told us he would be sending us a check for the 10% discount!  He was courteous, punctual and professional and there was no nonsense involved in the entire process.  Hopefully, we won't need his services again but if we do, I would  definitely call him again and I would unequivocally recommend him!

After finding a hidden water valve and gas valve Ron ended up using a camera to try and find the cesspool. He spent a couple hours with one of his men and only charged for the initial visit. Very professional and I will be calling to have him come back and excavate to access the cesspool. We found that i didn't need to have it pumped immediately and he didn't pressure me into scheduling the additional work.

They came on time and got started right away. They were polite and explained everything. I have no complaints.

Called Ron on a Holiday Weekend (Memorial Day). Got to my house the very next morning. Assessed problem. Explained exactly what he was going to do & why he did not think a more expensive solution was required. Roto rootered trap $ waste line, entire job took 30 minutes. Courteous, professional & extremely competent. In a business filled with less than reputable companies, Ron was a pleasure to deal with

Ron, the owner of Evergreen came to our home the day we called him. He was professional, prompt and courteous. He was also extremely knowledgeable and fair. We have used other cesspool companies in the past, and they do not compare to Evergreen. We would definitely call the company in the future if we had another problem.

After 20+ years of living in a house with a cesspool and dealing with many unprofessional and incompetent cesspool companies, it is a pleasure to finally find an excellent one. Ron the owner is very honest and professional, and most importantly does the job correctly for a fair price. We finally have a septic system that works the way its supposed to after he came and corrected the mistakes made previously by either lazy or incompetent workers. If you have a problem with your cesspool it is no fun--put yourself in Ron's hands and you will have one less thing to worry about.

It was Easter morning, family from here and out of town were coming for early dinner.  I noticed that the pipe that empties the water from the washer was backed up and spilling over onto the floor.  I called at least 6 places and left messages on their machines.  Ron was the only one that returned my call quickly.  He apologized for not being able to come quickly but gave me a time that he could come.  I told him I would try to get someone sooner but to assume that he should come.  He called back earlier that expected to confirm - showed up earlier that he said.  Worked quickly to clear up the problem.  He wrote out the bill.  When I mentioned Angies List he said I get a 10% diacount and went back to his truck to rewrite the bill for me.  What a nice, professional, and fair person.  My brother in law was there and took his card so that he could use him in the furture.  He took time out from his holiday to help me with mine.  Very grateful.
