They found the problem… gave us 3 solutions and 2 estimates. Was able to fix it for the lower of the 2 estimates. Was very impressed by their responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism.

Everything went well. Brandon was awesome. Very polite, engaging, and knew what the problem was. He fixed the problem within 20 minutes of being there. I would definitely use them again and ask for Brandon.

I can't say enough good things about our technician AJ who came to my house this morning to fix a leaking toilet. He was kind, very skilled and generous of his time to make sure the job was done right. Not to mention that I called at 7pm on a Sunday with a crisis and was surprised when someone answered ... He was here early the next morning ready to fix the issue. The parts needed were on hand and the problem is solved. Couldn't be happier!

We needed some work done on our propane service and we called Dashing Dan for an estimate. They arrived promptly, and gave us a clear written estimate at a reasonable price. When we were ready for the work, Brandon came a couple days later (it was not an emergency and could be scheduled at a mutually convenient time). He was friendly, courteous, and professional, and did the job just as promised. We're quite happy with Dashing Dan and we'll call them again next time we need plumbing work.

The plumber that was sent was inexperienced and should not have even attempted to correct the problem as he was completely unsure of the faucet and how it operated. He attempted to replace the hose and in the process broke the entire faucet. When my wife called to register a complaint, she was told that the service man knew what he was doing. The rep then told her that he had walked him through what he needed to do. So i question if the service associate knew what he was doing. My wife was told that they were going to charge us the $95.00 service fee and when we got the new faucet they would install it for $400.00 and credit us back the $95.00. Why would we even consider asking them back. The whole experience was unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

Very professional, very up front about what the work would cost, and they arrived when they said they would. Would hire again and would definitely recommend.

The job was done neatly and professionally. Riley was a gentleman, knowledgeable and did outstanding work. I would recommend them highly.

They "completed" the job in one hour, charged us $400.00. Problem is, the tank, which they said they had fixed, leaked. I called them at 10 p.m. that night to let them know. They came the next morning. Their analysis: "When we arrived, the bolts were loose." I asked, "What do you mean? Do you think I loosened the bolts in the tank after you left?" Their answer, "No, we are not saying that." Hmm. They refused to say that the PLUMBER did not tighten the bolts securely. It seems to me they were not accepting responsibility for their failure to adequately tighten all the bolts. We cannot respect a company that does not take responsibility for its mistakes (and thereby justify the high cost of the job). If we pay that much for a one hour job, thorough professionalism is expected. We did not get it from them.

Problem was evaluated and identified correctly.

Technician replaced a pressure relief valve and had to return the next day to replace the expansion tank. There was nothing wrong with the pressure relief valve. Technician had to come back again the next morning because he failed to remove all of the air in the system which affected the hot water.

TJ and Steve came to work on the heating system, shower and toilet. They were courteous and got the job done efficiently.

A pipe connected to the radiator sprung a leak at the elbow. I called Dashing Dan’s plumbing due to the fact that this was an emergency. They were courteous and prompt. Brandon was there in 10 minutes. He was professional and answered all my questions. To fix the leak my burner had to be drained. It did take several hours to fix but everything went well. The burner was restarted and there were no other surprises. I’m very pleased with the quality of Brandon’s work. I would definitely hire this company again.

RILEY showed by 7am the very next morning determined to figure out where it was, what it was and how to fix the problem. He was punctual, polite and professional and extremely clean. He had to cut into the ceiling and cut a small whole behind some tiles in our hallway upstairs bathroom. The problem was located in a small space and RILEY handled getting to it, showing me the problem, explaining the fix and doing the work like an true efficient and thoughtful Pro. I can’t say enough about how pleasant he made a stressful experience. If he isn’t their employee of the month, he should be. Although, the service was pricey - Riley, his hard work, end product and current peace of mind that it was done right... made it well worth it! Thanks Riley & Dashing Dan’s!!

They were able to make suggestions and adjustments on the boiler that decreased the amount of noises because of expanding pipes for heating. I have not opted to have the pipes itself fixed because that would involve in getting behind the walls and it's a bit too messy for me at this point.

I am so happy we used Dashing Dan's Plumbing and Heating. With the frigid weather, my Wife and I had a burst pipe in the basement. We called at 10:30PM and they walked me through everything for immediate relief. They showed up on time for appointment the next day. Riley and TJ were amazing! They were so professional and fair. They fixed our issues quickly and gave us some piece of mind. Thanks Riley and TJ!

It was miserable! My mother76, was home when they arrived and gave permission to fix. One leak $1000! A bit absurd but if all is fixed ok. They also checked the anti freeze we have in our system. It wasn’t fixed. We still had the same exact leak! They came back and adjusted something. So is an adjustment all we needed? I complained because there was no details on the invoice or old parts. After a long talk they said they would clean the boiler and give service agreement for a year. I said fine since at least then they would have our back. A week later heat upstairs was out. They came and changed a circulator pump and said we were set. We still had no heat so I called back. The tech said it’s frozen and he would get back in a.m. i Said fine, we have heaters.5 min later he said it was $300 hour and $75 gal for anti freeze. This is something they were supposed to have checked? I spoke to the owner who just wanted to argue so I said forget it and hung up. He called back 5 times after. Each was a rider obnoxious, self righteous, narcissistic, condescending tone. I actually have recordings of him calling me names. Is this professional? No. Alll I can say is beware.. This company plays the publici as a fool.

Amazing. They fixed my (less than two years old, installed by someone else) sink/pipes that basically fell apart. Super courteous and quick. Will definitely hire them again--and may need to quickly as other things are going wrong with that bathroom.
