I was highly satisfied. I was unable to use my kitchen sink. They came out the same day I called. Bob was right on time and very professional.

Bob came precisely on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. The upstairs bathroom needed the old style 3 handle faucets replaced (old and corroded, causing the hot water to trickle constantly), and the pipes and trap under the bathtub were leaking badly and needed to be replaced. He went out of his way to get the 3 handle faucets from a plumbing supplier a few towns away. At first I thought the price was high, but I compared prices online and the price was very fair.

The job was done quicker than expected and within the originally pre-agreed price.

Went great, these guys worked their tail off, got there at 8am and finished at 6pm. They were clean and thorough, couldn't ask for more on a big job.

The guys who came by were friendly and professional. They tried hard to find the outdoor water shut off valve, and even went so far as to knock a hole in my wall (with my permission). They were, however, unable to find anything. The solution to the problem was actually pretty simple -- I just needed to shut off the water main and replace the faucet from the outside. They were going to charge me $225 per visit for 2 visits (since they didn't have the part on the first visit and needed to come back) AND they were going to charge me $75 for the replacement faucet. I paid the $225 for the first visit, but then elected to do the rest myself. The replacement faucet cost approximately $30 at Huntington Plumbing Supply. It took about 5 min for me to turn off the water main, replace the faucet, and turn the water main back on. I'm glad I didn't get them to come back. I felt like they overcomplicated the job -- they were talking about drilling into my exterior wall to replace pipes when it was easy to just shut down the water main and do the replacement externally. I might call them again for serious plumbing jobs, but they are too expensive for small jobs. 

The service and price was very good. Dashing Dan's Plumbing & Heating were prompt and responsive. There was a drip remaining after the initial service was complete and they were here right away to correct the issue (within 30 minutes). They are also responsible and stayed behind their work. When they came back to fix the leak, they found an additional repair they needed to make that they did not find before. They did not charge me for the parts or labor for that repair, they said it was on them for not catching it the first time!

I had a pipe that broke due to the extremely cold temps. Called Dashing Dan's based on their Angie's list reviews and I am glad I did! John & Steve came out to the house and were great. They were very professional and personable and were able to locate where the pipe had broke with ease. They had to remove a few kitchen cabinets to access the area but they took great care not to cause any unnecessary damage. They even cleaned up when they were finished. I would definitely use this company for future plumbing work.

I absolutely LOVED these guys. We had a rear dormer shell installed on our Cape Cod house, and the contractor for that did some very rough plumbing for the bathroom, including attaching the main waste pipe to the existing plumbing and running hot and cold lines for the shower and sink.  Turns out, my contractor didn't do everything right.
We had FIVE plumbers come to give us estimates, ranging from friends' husbands who worked for other people and did their own plumbing on the side ( some of whom were were scared off at the complexity of the job) to other Angie's list professional plumbers. In the end, I had to choose between 2 Angie's list companies who were both impressive.
I chose Dashing Dan's because the other company was not willing to install the vent pipe for the toilet in my roof. Their words were  "We are plumbers, not roofers" . My husband is extremely handy but did not want the hassle of having to install the vent pipe, along with all of the other projects he was doing himself on this dormer. 
We're both very glad we chose Dashing Dan's.  They were always on time, always professional, and did an awesome job on the plumbing.  My plumbers were Mike and Steve,  and they made a great team.  Mike was the more experienced plumber who knew how to handle my somewhat difficult setup (waste pipe had to be run through a closet on the main floor and tied into 60 year old plumbing) and Steve was the younger guy who appreciated Mike's knowledge and worked diligently. 
Mike truly cared about our satisfaction, and always consulted with me when the situation presented options. He explained things to me in laymen's terms.  When he was done he showed me the completed job and made sure it was done as we wanted. 
Mike and Steve's job involved roughing in my plumbing and coming back after the sheetrock and electrical work were completed so they could do the final connections to the toilet, sink and tub/shower. I called them the day after the other contractors had finished their job and they were able to come that SAME DAY to do the final hookups!  I was thrilled. 
2 days after the job was completed the bathroom sink had a very slight leak.  I called the office in the morning, and withing a few hours Mike and Steve were back to repair it.  I've had zero problems since then. And zero complaints. 
My experience with Dashing Dan's was 100% positive, the price was not cheap but within the competitive range of other GOOD plumbers and WELL WORTH every penny.   Don't skimp on this.  Properly done plumbing is worth the few extra bucks vs having a fly by night do it all wrong!

Paul and Brian were extremely courteous, answering my questions and giving me a fare quote.  When they were finished they cleaned up and left my house in better shape:)  I will be calling on them again.

Went smooth

I went to the laundry room to wash some clothes when I heard a drip drip sound coming from behind a boiler. I droped the laundry and got on Angie's list to find a plumber. It took 2 1/2 hours for 2 men from dashing dan's to show up BUT, when I was on the phone with their representative, I was told that is how long I would have to wait since their men were already out in the field working on other projects. I accepted that wait time and when they showed up - on time - I met Paul and Mark. They were both very polite and knowledgeable. After Paul surveyed the area, I was given a few repair options along with the cost of each repair option. The leak was stopped within one hour and the floor is now drying via a dehumidifier which was Paul's idea.

The plumber arrived on time, as promised (I called on a Sunday for a Monday morning appointment).  The man worked continuously without taking a break or interruption. He was clean, courteous, rolled out drop clothes from the entrance door all the way to the kitchen, was friendly and efficient. I will recommend this company to friends and neighbors if someone needs a plumber.
