The Limber Tree crew returned a few months after my last review and trimmed some old hemlocks in my back yard. As always, a clean job, professional, prompt, courteous. This time they left the chips for me as promised, which was very useful to me. They are a bit on the pricey side, but it is worth it to work with a reliable, professional, and honest contractor. Highly recommended.

The work went as expected.  Two limbs were able to come down using a bucket and one limb required a climber.  Our piece of mind in knowing these limbs are gone and won't cause any damage is worth the cost.  The company is very professional and did what they promised.  We expect to take our tree down little by litle, so we will be calling them again next year.

Requested a quote for a simple tree removal & trimming.  Person showed up and gave us a quote and said they be in touch to set up an appointment to do the work.  It took over 30 days for them to contact us to schedule the appointment, but the work was eventually performed as quoted.

I have used Limber Tree Svcs a few times in the past and have always been impressed with their courtesy, responsiveness, and general professionalism. This time they took down two trees that were growing into various cables and wires strung up on the road and by my house. They came to provide the estimate as scheduled, they came to do the work as scheduled (and did a clean job), and cleaned up. There was a miscommunication between my contact and the actual work crew, so they left the wood chunks, but after we cleared that up they came quickly and took them away. Highly recommended, and I plan to use them again in the future.

It went great. They had to reschedule 1x but they were here about a week later. I needed to large branches from a very large tree in my front yard removed. Initially I was estimated $375 for the work. You pay when the work  is completed.. When they were done, it was wonderful. The branches were gone and their cleanup was so good that there wasn't a twig left on the ground left. You would never have known they were even there  if the branches weren't gone. The big surprise came when I received the bill about 1 month later. The bill was for $225, rather then $375. They could have charged me what they quoted me and I  would have paid it never knowing, but they didn't. They were honest about the fees

The interaction with the company was terrific from beginning to end.  They realized that they had to act quickly to remove the fallen limb from my driveway.  They inspected the site in my absence and quickly telephoned me with their plan of action and the approximate cost.  After the work was done, their knowledge and educated estimator. Erik, revisited my property upon my request to recommend action on two other limbs which were hanging over wires and appeared to be weakening.  Erik made thoughtful recommendations, provided several options, with the attendant cost.  In our discussion he was very generous in providing information about other trees on our property as to their classification and health.  After we decided what should be done with the remaining limbs, how the felled limbs were to be dealt with and some ancillary work, Erik estimated when he thought the work could be done and how much it would cost.  In the end, they did the work when he said they would and he ensured that the cost was not greater than the estimate, unusual for a contractor, in my experience.  I will certainly be using them again.

They were on budget, professional, and they did a great job. They have an arborist who could advise about pruning trees. They are highly recommended both for big and small jobs.

So great.  Polite, thoughtful, even fun.

The work took longer than expected but, except for one day when one of the workers went home sick, and the supervisor wasn't notified, the workers were great. One tree involved the worker hanging suspended from a branch while he cut other branches and another tree involved the worker climbing up into the tree with spikes as he cut limbs prior to removing the trunk. All was done with professionalism and caution for the house and windows which were very close to the trees. The downed trees were chipped and/or removed as we had asked and the property was left in pristine condition. We would definitely use them again.

The are meticulous in their work and clean up, it looked like they were never here.

I had put off all of the work because I wasn't quite sure how expensive all of this was going to be. When I first met with a representative from Limber Tree Services, we talked about what my primary concerns and my secondary concerns. After these discussions, I was still under my original budget so we talked about other work that should probably be done while the tree cutters were going to be at my house. All-in-all I got a lot more accomplished within my budget than I had originally thought was possible. 
On the day of the tree cutting, the workers showed up early in the morning and stayed here though the afternoon working. Two tree cutters showed up and both were extremely professional. I really cannot say enough about how satisfied I was by this experience. I have a few other trees on my property that I'm considering having taken down next year.
