It went fine but there was a conflict in the detail of the deal, see below from deal e-mail, and the work provided. Deal said 2 hours of handyman service, the contractor came with an assistant and said the deal is for 1 hour of work with 2 workers. So they did a bit over 1 hour of work! They did a great job. There was one piece missing from the kit; they told me which piece it was and how to assemble the final part once the replacement arrived.

I reached out to the company for a specific project but have now utilized Ruffino's expertise for multiple projects and tasks around the house. He and his crew were always on time, provided excellent service and charged a fair price. I will definitely call Ruffino again for all my future needs and would highly recommend him to anyone in the need for handyman services.

Very well. What could be done in the 2 hrperiod was done. A plan was made for the items that needed materials for after the holidays.

Completed repair in a few minutes (under 15). Used the $99 2-hour coupon, but hard to get a handyman out to fix little things for much less, so it's a shame to have to use a 2-hour coupon for a 15 minute job... but they did what was asked of them.

After I bought a storm door at Homedepot, I called Jireh Handyman. Rufino the handyman came to do the installation the following morning and finished the work in 90 minutes. It would have taken me two days.

Potential Customer: I don't think you ever did the estimate. Is this a professional way to handle this? This is just off the top of your head because the cost of materials would be added in already. You never did the estimate because you never wanted to do the work. Thank you for the off the cuff estimate and the waste of my time.

Very good! It was a shutter that had come down and needed to be screwed back into place. The location of it was in a place where I could not do it my self.  He had also replaced a flood light in the same area. It took them only a few minutes. They were very prompt, courteous and professional. The workers and clean up was fine.

He was ontime. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeble. He emailed me a quote as promised with all the details.

Carpenter never showed up, I want a refund.

They helped install cameras on the side of the house and did a good job. I would hire them again, but people should know that a 2 hour service, is actually 1 hour with 2 workers.

Rufino and his helper did all the stuff that I have been holding off to do for so long.  They did it quickly and I am glad I found them here in Angies List.
I just bought the materials that are needed for the job and they came to my place yesterday morning and worked on all the stuff that I asked them to do.
They also cleaned up the place after the works was done.
I highly recommend these guys if you have things in your house that need fixing.

Great. I have worked with Rufino before and he is always professional, honest and punctual. He was open to complete any request I had in the time he had available. He completed a number of things I have had on the "honey to do" list quickly and professionally. I will always call him first for any work I need to get done around the house quickly.
