After finding out I was allergic to our cat, I hired Royal Carpet to thoroughly clean our upholstery and carpeting throughout our cape styled home. Ritchie didn't try to up-sell me anything and the price was VERY reasonable considering the monumental task ahead. He was nice too in cutting off some of the price from the phone estimate when he saw the job was a little smaller than anticipated. It was an all day service and they were so very professional. My daughter's bedroom looks like it just got new carpeting! What a nice way to start off Spring with a good spring cleaning!

I've had them twice.  A couple years back they cleaned an oriental carpet for me and did a wonderful job.   They're very good.  I  would definitely show their card to a friend or family member if they had a carpet to be cleaned or oriental carpet to be cleaned.

Excellent job! Chose Royal based on AL ratings and they deserve every A they've received. My carpets were really quite dirty and our dog had left some nasty spots so they had their work cut out for them. I was a little worried because i was going out of town and had to leave my husband in charge. Let's just say he isn't as detail oriented as I am, thankfully Dan from Royal is quite detailed and left us in great shape. There are a couple of spots that wicked back up after a week which i know can happen with even the best work but they have no problem coming out again to look at it. The work is great, service is great, highly recommended!!

I have a large two story house that was in dire need of carpet cleaning. I contacted Richard who got back to me right away. He offered to come over for an estimate of give me one over the phone. I chose the a phone quote, which sounded reasonable. His reviews were good so I made the appointment with him. They showed up a few minutes early which I thought was great. The gentleman that was going to do the work was neat and professional. He went through the house with me to make sure that the phone estimate was accurate. It was, within $10.00 of what I was told on the phone. He immediately got to work on some pretty dirty carpets. I wasn't to sure that they would clean up since they were a very light color. A couple of hours later the work was done and I was amazed. The carpets looked like new! Between the immediate call back, the "on the money phone estimate" high quality work and professionalism from start to finish I would say that this was a great experience. I couldn't be happier. Don't even think about another company, this company is terrific and deserves the high praise that it gets on this site.

I researched how wool oriental rugs are cleaned by experts and interviewed companies that cleaned that type of rug.

Rich clearly knew and followed a first rate process. While the rug was not oriental it was wool and valuable.

In addition his price was reasonable.

Rich picked up the rug at the consignment shop.

He thoroughly cleaned and refurbished it and delivered it to our home together with a new pad sized to the rug.

We will use Royal Carpet Care for other carpets that we have that need cleaning and refurbishing.

The guy who came was wonderful. Extremely professional and performed very quickly.  We have since moved from NY; but I would tell and have told many people this is one company you want to use.  I have never had anyone on Angies List that disappointed.  This company far surpassed any other furniture/carpet cleaner I have used in the past!!!  Thanks Angie!!!!

Everything went well, person was friendly and professional. I can tell the carpets were cleaned but there are two spots that look like a swirl mark. I'm not sure if that is where possibly he missed a spot when going around the corner. The two swirl marks I can see and it does perplex me when I happen to see it. I have had this company a few times before and that has never happened. A different person came this time.
