Royal carpet was the only one who contacted me and since they were number one i chose them. I am very pleased with the outcome as the agent was very responsive to my concerns. Will use them again.

Richie was prompt, professional, and he explained everything in detail. Fantastic job cleaning my pet stained 12-year-old carpets and 25-year-old ceramic tile and grout, which now look almost new.

I called several companies to get estimates on the work, and Royal was the first company to call back, the same day. Richie asked many questions to get an idea of the job & gave me an estimate, which he said would be refined when the workman came to do the job. We set an appointment & Richie called back the next day to say he'd had a cancellation & could schedule me sooner, which did happen. Chris, his workman, showed up exactly on time & after measuring the space, I found out the job would be less than the estimate, which made me very happy! Chris was not only prompt but also very professional, friendly & extremely competent in the work. The job was done beautifully! My floors look amazing, even the very dirty grout came out looking wonderful! I will definitely be calling Royal again to clean my couches & will be recommending them to friends who need work done. I have a 4 bedroom home with multiple carpeted areas. I also have four pets in my house and had never done a carpet cleaning so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was thrilled with the results. They made such a difference in the look of my home. He was a pleasure to work with as well as his helper. he called the day before to firm up the time and showed up exactly as stated. The job was not rushed. And everything was explained in detail. he also made it clear that he would be available for any questions should I ever have any about stains. I was very pleased and would highly recommend their services.

Chris did an outstanding job in reviving aging and stained carpeting. He was so professional, so neat and he explained everything that he would be doing. Richie is fantastic! He's honest, reliable, responsive, reasonably priced and does a great job. I have used him before and he is my "go-to" person for any carpet cleaning or work on wet carpet from flooding. He dried, disinfected and cleaned the carpet and he will change out the padding if necessary and relay the carpet as well. When someone performs their service at this high level I want to make it a point to write a review. I highly recommend this gentleman. You won't be disappointed.

I am extremely happy with the results. Patrick was very detailed during the whole process. My dining room carpet specially was super filthy and after the cleaning it looks brand new. I will be calling Richard (owner) back to clean my other carpets and dinning room chairs.

Ritchie was very informative and incredibly nice and honest. I asked him to transport my two wool carpets to his establishment, clean them, and deliver them when they are clean. They are 8' by 12' and 6' by 8'. He asked me questions about the carpets. Although this is his business, he explained to me that old wool carpets with jute backing are better off left in place and vacuumed. He recommended another company that would clean them in my home using a foam which would not hurt the wood floors. I definitely recommend Ritchie and Royal Carpet to give excellent advice.

Incredibly pleased - from the first contact to the completion of the job. The tile is at least 30 years old. It looked amazing when they were finished. Highly recommend them to EVERYONE!

Very pleased with results. Ink from newspapers stained the sofa and chair arms. They were not sure they could get it all off but they did. Mike did an excellent job. Richie, the owner was helpful in describing the process beforehand. This made it easy to decide to have them do the job.

Richie was amazing. He immediately scheduled to get the carpet into his shop and begin working on it. Richie, being as frustrated as I was, continued to clean the carpet over and over again. He called me each step of the way to keep me up to date with any Progress he made! The stains got lighter but would not disappear After several weeks of attempting to remove the stains he determined That the type of fibers in the carpet were prohibiting any progress. Richie and his company are extremely honorable and honest ... he felt so badly that he was unable to help me that he dismissed any charges! Royal carpet will always be my first choice for carpet service. It’s a pleasure doing business with such honorable people! AAA+

Called before arrival and arrived on time. Neatly ran vacuum hoses from the van into my home and was courteous of leaving the door too open, it was a cold day. Instructed on what was going to be done to the carpets and what to expect when he was finished. All smaller pieces of furniture were moved and foam was placed under the legs of all items that stood on the rug. (they are left there until the rug dries) We inspected the rugs upon completion and the job met my expectation. I have used this family company before and my family has for years as well.

Couldn't have been happier. Customer service is excellent. Rug was done when promised and it looks good as new. Highly recommend!

The job came out perfect. My carpet looks better than it did before we had the back up. There are no odors in the carpet. Rich replaced the padding and re-laid the carpet perfectly. My wife was extremely happy with everything. Rich has integrity and a high standard of workmanship. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who needs the services he offers.
