This is how you run a business. I originally hired GA in April to fix my central AC. It wasn't until recently that I knew the fix wasn't the right fix because the AC was still running sub-par. Although there was a 30 day warranty on service, GA understood that I couldn't have found this out until the recent hot weather. They honored the warranty, clearly listened to all my concerns, and were extremely pleasant/friendly during their recent visit. They also gave my kids little portable fans for free and turned down a tip, even though I tried twice. Ok, the problem wasn't fixed the first time, but it happens and these guys certainly kept me as a lifelong client.

The employees were all excellent, the installation went smoothly however one unit in the second floor bedroom did not work properly from the minute it was installed. It took several visits before it was determined that there was a problem in the installation and the unit worked partially after that. Repeat calls and visits were disappointing as they continued to say that there was nothing wrong with the unit. Last summer I was told that it was too hot outside for it to really cool the room down. How come the other 4 units were cooling the room. Once again the summer is here and again the unit does not work. Would not recommend anyone to purchase this air conditioning.

"Reported to customer's home on Wednesday, July 9th. Checked operation of system. Found to be operating properly. Found that homeowner was not operating system correctly and was not using it as designed for his home's application. Customer was only using part of the complete BTU capacity to cool the home. We explained to homeowner that the proper way to use system is that the entire BTU capacity, as designed for the home, was necessary in order to provide the level of comfort desired."

John Ronan and his partner did an excellent job. They moved all the furniture out of the way and moved the furniture back. Please note that it was a rainy day and it could have left a big mess inside the house. They were very careful in keeping the house dry and clean.
All the supply ducts were cleaned from the exit points in the room. They also cleaned the return ducts from the central A/C unit. They also inspected the unit and cleaned the coils and the filters. I had questions concerning my unit and he was very patient and answered all my questions.
I would definitely used them again and even ask them to provide a quote if I plan to have additional A/C units installed

"We reported to the customers home for a Free Estimate and system evaluation. The customer requested a price on a new heating system. Due to the age and construction of the home, lack of insulation, air infiltration and ex-filtration, we recommended that the customer apply for a Free energy audit. We provided the customer with the number to NYSERDA to call for a reservation number. Explained that once the home is evaluated and improvements were performed, we would return to do another audit at no cost and then the proper sizing of the system can be calculated. In this case, It seems a though the customer expected that an estimate would be sent to the home prior to the Energy Audit being performed. Our building Analyst Paul contacted the customer to explain the step process. Once the home is insulated and air sealed it will decrease the btu and tonnage needed. This is a clear case of misunderstanding. In the future we will not only explain the procedure but will also put it in writing so the customer can further review the procedure and steps of the process."

They said they would finish the install in one day and they did, despite having to make last minute changes of plans due to structural issues in the home. The installers were pleasant, patient when explaining each step of what they doing, and extremely hard working. I was very impressed. My wife had some misgivings about register placement and the man in charge of that aspect of the work, worked with her to come to a mutually agreeable solution. The install looks to be professionaly done. They cleaned up afterwards and the lead man with 2 of his guys stayed until 7PM on a Friday to make sure that everything was in perfect working order. We haven't had the chance to actually use the system given the unseasonably cold weather we are having. I will report back when we can test the system in hot, humid weather.

They came during the time window promised and very efficiently cleaned the AC duct work and inspected the air handler and turned on the system for the season. We also decided to sign up for a service contract. The men were extremely professional and we felt very comfortable having them in our home.

GallettAir visited my house and proposed a new central air conditioning system. After comparing the scope to the other contractors' proposals, it quickly became apparent that Gallett does a very high quality job and are very good at designing complicated systems. There equipment is top notch and their means and methods are also top notch. Mr. Carmine Galletta and his team are very responsive, courteous, and professional. And they care. Even competitors told me that I could never go wrong hiring Gallett Air, and that's worth a lot.
If you are looking for a high quality job and a well thought-out solution that gives you great comfort for your home, including humidity control and multi-zones, then you can't go wrong by hiring Gallett Air. Not to mention that they have a very solid infrastructure (lots of crews) and can start working right away. Highly recommended!!

Gallettair is an outstanding contractor. They just replaced my old central heat and ac equipment.The entire team is excellent. First i met with Mike Fuller who sold me the equipment. Mike is very experienced,smart and delightful to deal with. The price of the job was very fair and Mike takes care of everything. The job ran exactly as Mike said it would.The installation crew of John D,Kyle,Jimmy and Tom J were a pleasure to have in my house.They arrived on time and treated my house as if it was their house. The entire crew in addition to being highly skilled are professional and friendly. They respond to all questions and keep you informed.The entire crew is very hard working. My house was left spotless.I expect to replace my other hvac system in two years and will gladly use Gallettair.

It has a few problems. The whole system had to be cleaned out. They did an excellent job. They also repaired the major air intake going into the unit. I now have the unit under contract with them.

Went well we had a older unit do we had to wait 3 days for the part but once it came in they were ar the house to trace it. They were very knowlegable and definitely knew their stuff. I would highly recommend them.A bit high on pricing but they did an excellent
