I already have a service contract with them for my gas furnace but I got to know from Angie's list that they do duct cleaning too. They did a good job. They were punctual and professional. Everything is fine now.

They was a problem with a part (out of the box) both the owner and the service manager stayed until the part arrived, was installed and the unit was up and running. The owner comes out for the estimate and after he looks at your unit you have the pricing within 10 minutes. Everything is included there are no additional surprises. This was an overall good experience and we would recommend this company to friends and family.

Aside from a scheduling mishap (we appeared on the schedule twice), it went fine. Folks were prompt and clearly explained things after the check of our units. I was happy to put our HVAC equipment under service with them - their price was very reasonable.

They were very professional and very nice, but I went with another company. They were a little more expensive, but they seemed professional. I almost decided to go with them.

They came out the same day I called. They made a special run out to my home and didn't charge me extra. The diagnostics and flush was $85, but I purchased a service contract from them as well. They were very polite, efficient, and answered all my questions.

I needed my air conditioning unit checked to see if it was working. I called them on a Friday and they were not able to come here until Monday. So I tried another company who was able to come the same day. It was just a matter of them being able to come sooner. Further, Gallett?s quote was $50 higher than the other company. That was another reason why I did not use them. They were responsive and professional. I may consider using them in the future. I would use the other company first because I have had the experience with them. Usually when we go along with one company and every thing goes well, we stick to that company. However, I have nothing negative to say about Gallett Air Inc except that they were not able to come here sooner.

I did the service contract for a $195. My air conditioner was not functioning properly. The young man came out and checked everything including the vents. He explained to us about the thermostat. He did a good job and it worked out very well. He explained everything to us and did not do any unnecessary work. People in my condo complex area used them. I first saw them on Angies List. That was why I used them and they were very good. They lived up to their reputation. I will use this company again in the future.

They came when they said they would, finished their work expediently and it cost what they said it would. They were careful not to make the house dirty and they even got along with my dog! They took care of all the paperwork for the rebates, explained the system and made the process as user-friendly as possible. Please note that the price above does not include $1300 in rebates and a $1500 tax credit. This said, quality isn't cheap and I could've gone with cheaper components. However, the quality of the system as well as their workmanship justified this easily. Multiple teams performed multiple functions concurrently and this speaks to their efficiency. They were very cordial, treated me very well and were enthusiastic in their approach to to the job. I can't stress enough how happy I am to have chosen GallettAir.

All of the technicians are very knowledgeable and I really get the feeling that they know what they are doing. There was a maintenance that they wanted to do and I did not understand what is was, so I called the office about it. I talked with one of the owners and he was willing to talk with me and explain everything so that I understood. I have also called them in the past when I was looking into some extra maintenance service to ask about the differences in the services. The guy who I spoke with explained everything and told me what I should be and what would not be a good idea. They have always tried to help keep me informed. They always show up when they say that they will. They have reasonable prices. They are not out to make the biggest buck, but without a doubt they do want to make money but they are not going to rip me off. They are very good about honoring the service contract and taking pride in their work. They recently installed a new air conditioner and when the temperature started to rise I noticed that the air conditioner was not working quite right, so I called them up and they came out the next day to check everything over. It turned out that when they installed the air conditioner it was too cold to check the fluid levels, so all they had to do was add a little bit of fluid and it worked out great.

WORK WAS COMMUNICATED TO US CLEARLY. THE SERVICE PERSON ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD REGARDING OUR APPLIANCES.
