Matt and Harry from Crossfield Heating & Air Conditioning arrived to install our mini-split into our Bonus Room and it was an excellent experience. From the beginning they were professional, clearly explained the process, and got right to work. We were extremely satisfied with Matt and Harry's install process, showing us how to work the mini-split, and the timeliness of their work. Crossfield installed our home AC system several years ago and we knew when searching for an installer for this new project that they would be a good fit. Corey, the salesperson, was very helpful in explaining options for different units, pricing, and finding an install date that was most convenient for our busy schedule. Overall a great experience and highly recommended!

Workers were very respectful, punctual, tidy, efficient, and honorable. They cleaned up after themselves, didn't track in dirt and worked quietly. They took us downstairs, explained about the furnace and showed us how to change the filter and the kind to buy. One of them patiently showed me how to operate the thermostat and how to control it with phone app. We left for an appointment while they were here and had no qualms. They also said we are qualified for free insulation installment. The worker here all day was Isaac T. Two others came early afternoon named Eric H. and Matt S. The salesman, Corey McNeil clearly and simply explained our furnace options and checked to see if we qualified for grant. The

We cannot say enough about the three gentlemen Darrin, Matt and Justin who were installing the equipment. They were exceptional. If all of your employees are the same caliber of these three gentlemen, then you have a great team. The process was done with respect and great care and efficiency. I have used Crossfield Heating & Air Conditioning for many years for routine maintenance on my furnace and have always been impressed with their service and professionalism so it was an easy choice to hire them to replace my old furnace and install air conditioning. Matt, Todd, Tim and Andreas did a wonderful job! They were professional, punctual and very courteous. They explained what everything was that they installed, how to use the thermostat and left the basement clean. I highly recommend them.

Excellent. This past winter, for the first time in my life, I signed up for a maintenance plan. When I called, needing help because the A/C had stopped working, the company sent out a technician the same day to assess the damage. The motor on my old unit had burnt out on one of the hottest days we've had this summer (6/28). Corey (sales manager) was very responsive and understanding when he came to give me the estimate, but told me I'd have to wait till 8/5 for an install. He and Jason (install manager) told me that they would try to move me up if there was a cancellation. They lived up to their word and my new unit was installed on 7/1 by Matt. Matt arrived around 8:30 (as promised), worked by himself all day, put drop cloths down so that my carpet wasn't affected and once done and explained in English what he did. I highly recommend Crossfield!!

I usually don't write reviews (can't recall the last time I've completed one) but Todd and Issac's attention to detail was very impressive. Additionally our sales person (Jordan) was very helpful and provided a quick turnaround on his competitive quote (other company has yet provide a proposal to us). The Crossfield team collectively worked together to provide us a pleasant experience. We were impressed with their knowledge professionalism and attention to detail. Most contractors over promise and under deliver but the Crossfield team exceeded our expectations on all accounts.

Very well. The tech was very knowledgable, positive and receptive to my questions with good answers. This was the first time that I used Crossfield and I don't recall any prior furnace checkups being so thorough. I bought the Comfort Plan, so I look forward to annual maintenance on a regular schedule (that I don't need to keep track of).

I generally don't write reviews ( positive or negative) but this is an exception because I truly received exceptional service from the Cross field team. From the salesman Jordan to the service technicians Todd and Tim I was impressed with their knowledge professionalism and attention to detail. Most contractors over promise and under deliver but the Crossfield team exceeded my expectations on all accounts. The install quality is impeccable and I believe well above anything you’ll find with other local contractors.

This past winter I had furnace issue and what a fantastic response I got from Garrett at Crossfield Heating. I signed up for the annual maintenance agreement for both the furnace and air conditioner. Once again Garret did an amazing job not only cleaning and maintaining my AC unit but was able to answer every question I had. He was completely honest and transparent in helping me understand the potential issues I may have in the future as well as the costs affiliated with each. His honesty and candor was refreshing, not trying to sell me something, but helping me plan for and budget for what could come next. I will make my furnace appointment soon requesting that Garrett be the technician to complete my service. Thank you for a job well done!

Ti was punctual, very attentive to detail, took great care to prevent damage to my floors. He had all of the equipment he needed (donned & doffed his booties as appropriate when he needed to go to his truck & back). The detailed invoice was emailed to me @ the completion of service. Ti was very professional & answered my questions with complete explanations.

The entire team did a great job. Tim and Justin were very professional, knowledgeable, and careful to ensure any place they walked or worked was protected to keep it clean. When the job was done you wouldn't even know they were there.
