They charged about $200 a year, for both visits, because it's a maintenance package. If there is an issue I get a discount for the work. What stands out the most is I always feel secure using them. I trust them. I just feel the quality of their work is excellent; their products and their work.

I continue to use them for maintenance of my new furnace. I don't remember how much they charged. I would and I still am using this company again.

For professionalism, I wasn't here but the fact that they took care of it without me having to be standing over them was great. What stands out about their professionalism is, whenever these guys come, for the maintenance, or work, or whatever, they're always dressed in a Crossfield uniform, they always look neat and professional. They treat you with respect. They do their work efficiently. They don't dawdle or anything like that. They clean up after themselves.

I used them because they were the people to install the pump and that information was left by the owner. They came n time, did his thing and showed me how to work the system because it was new for me.

We have a service contract with them. On price I don't think their the cheapest. I would definitely use them again.

I am still using the same field. I got some discounts, it was between $7,000 & $8,000. I would give “A+” all the way on everything. Them & another company are the most professional. They made cost a bit more, but it really pays. They follow up with everything. I have the yearly service, they check it in the spring and the fall. They’re very professional, they’re clean. They are very aware of your surrounds. They take care to put booties on to come in and out. The poor fellows, in August we were having one of the hottest days of the year. I think they had four guys working on it. They got it in and got it running.

I remember getting my bills for air conditioning and being so surprised how low they were. I am very pleased with that company. I have no reason to look for anybody else. I think that they do quality work. Their prices aren't cheap but they also have quality products. They have quality work with quality materials. The technicians are very good. I asked a couple of questions about the humidifier piece that's on there and they were able to answer the question. That was not part of the new install. That was part of the other system. I haven't called very often but anytime I asked a question, they've been very responsive.

I've had them for years and years. My brother-in-law doesn't live in the area anymore and he now has his own heating and cooling business, but he used to work for them. He's very happy that I stuck with them because he was always proud to work for them because he felt they were very honest and very conscientious. Some people recommend things that I don't really need.

A couple of years ago I had a problem that turned out to be a design flaw in the furnace that I had and it took them probably half a dozen visits here to figure out what was wrong with the equipment and by working with the manufacturer, they finally came up with a solution and fixed the furnace. They did not charge me anything for all the visits they made out here to solve the problem.

We just bought a 101 year old home in the area and knew the A/C and water heater would need to be replaced. I had called another "A" rated company on Angie's List only to find out they were horrible. I was nervous about trusting Angie's List ratings again, but tried Crossfield since they were rated well, and a Trane dealer. The representative came over the next day. He was professional, and took time to make sure what we wanted and needed was a top priority. He gave us two options for the A/C and lot's of information on both. The heater had been replaced just before we bought the house and was a good model so he didn't push for a replacement. We made our decision and he scheduled us for the install the following Monday. No pressure, no hassles. The day of the install the guys showed up on time and went to work. Both guys were easy to talk to and positive throughout the install. They took care of sloppy mistakes from the old system and did a first class install appearance wise. They changed my filter intake from a small off-size model to a larger standard size filter. They also retaped and resecured any less than solid ductwork in the basement and installed a new pvc drainline to replace the old garden hose from the previous unit that was tidy and out of the way. In the end they cleaned up after themselves, explained the new system and made sure we understood it before leaving. Two days later we had a stretch of 90º+ days and the hottest part of the summer. Inside we were cool and comfortable. Also, the hot water is now consistent and plentiful again. Crossfield also took care of registering the warranties and applying for any high efficiency rebates that were available. They "get" customer service, and the price was lower than we expected. I plan to use them as long as they maintain their quality.

Professional and on time. Gave me a number quotes for the entire Trane line. I decided I didn't want to pay the premium for the Trane's as we won't be in our house that long.

They do very good work but they are super expensive. This year there was a problem where the water was not draining and it messed up everything. They had to replace the heating coil. It was a nightmare but they were responsive. In March one of the guys came out because I was having some kind of clanging after the heater turned on. When the guy came, he said that it was just a solenoid, some switch for the humidifier was shot. That was the only problem. I called and complained because I thought the price was exorbitant for a simple solenoid switch. I don't think I'm going to use them again. They were pretty responsive.
