Christian Flooring - Webster

We purchased a home this summer and needed carpets cleaned to determine if we had to replace the carpet. Christian Flooring contracted Brite Star Cleaning Services for us and we were so happy with the job they did. He was able to get 99.9 percent of the spots out and the carpet looks almost brand new. We will always use this company in the future. great job, Mike!

Great choice of laminates. It took about a week to get the flooring in stock. After setting up the start date, the installer asked to move it a day.  Two installers showed up, Rick and Glen. Make sure to ask for them. Rick especially is almost an artist. He worked the product so that there were only 3 full boards left. All 3 transitions were quite unique, not solved by the usual boards. They were finished so that a wheelchair can roll over them smoothly. Highly recommended.

They removed the old stained carpet and disposed of it before the weekend. Over the weekend, I cleaned the rubber tiles under the floor because they were stained with dog stuff. So when the installers came in Monday, the floor had been scraped, cleaned and ready for their work.
When they arrived on Monday, the area was ready for them, cleaned to my personal specs. Although they arrived late, they stayed into the early evening to get the job done. Everything was clean and neat when they left about dinnertime. They even sawed the bottom of a door to accommodate the height of the new carpet.
There seems to be some scheduling issues at the office, but once the order got to the installation group, not a problem; just dedication.

They did fine.  The owner was very helpful. The one thing I didn't like is that they used like a default bullet nose and I had to end up having one work that’s specifically matched the content or the flooring I installed but at the end, they came through with the right one.

Christian flooring has been nothing but great to us. The sales people are knowledgeable and work with you to find you the best carpet for your price and preference. The installers have always been very nice and courteous, doing great quality work and cleaning up after themselves very well. We'll continue to go back to Christian Flooring (we go to the one in henrietta) whenever we need new carpet.

The installers were fine. When they came and put it in, they found out that its 3 inches short so I was disappointed with that.

They were fabulous. I would recommend them to anyone. They were punctual and very reasonably priced. There was a team of 3 and they were great.

It was great from going to store and working with the sales crew to choose the best product for my needs right through the install. The installers made contact with me to ensure everything was set, and they arrived when they said they would be there. I am extremely impressed with the quality of work, the installer went out of his way to make sure I was completely happy with my new floor.

Salesperson was helpful - tried to get me just the right color carpet in the price range I could afford. Offered samples I could bring home. Installation was smooth and professional. Moved some heavier furniture for me.

Their pricing was very good, part of the reason we chose them was because of the pricing. They were finished with the job on time and punctual.

They're atrocious! I don't like anything about them. They ripped out wood flooring that we had. They threw a board into a $500 artwork that we just bought. Then they took and laid it upside down on the concrete garage without telling me. They were going to try and fix it themselves, but when they did that, they marred the extremely good airbrushing that was on the frame. They never said a word. I went out and found it myself and ended up fixing it myself. There's just nothing good about them. I reported them to the better business bureau! It was the first time I had ever gone to the Better Business Bureau. They said that they were going to tell me, but they forgot. They also lied to me about repairing a section of flooring. I didn't find out about it until several months later. The only good thing that came out of it was that the owner's response to the better business was "It made us look like crooks!"
