Was to check outlet. Before that he checked breaker box. Power was going out in different rooms. While he was checking the outlet i had to check to make sure all power was working in different areas. When trying dryer it smelled like rubber burning. He said i must have done something to make this happen. I asked him to leave. I then had to make an emergency service call which costed me an extra $200. I was told by the other electrian that Simple Electric wired the outlet wrong. I believe i should be reimbursed the $200 for the emergency service call. I was not comfortable leaving the power as is with the burning smell.

"I came to her house turned off the breaker and was going back and forth to see what the problem was and I specifically told the customer? I am trying to see the wiring layout of the house. then the customer started arguing about some smell and after arguing with me she said? done hear leave Bye?. And before she told me to leave I said specifically Her outlet was wired wrong I found it hooked backward and so I was going downstairs to the basement to the breaker box and was going to turn off the breaker and then she argued with me and kicked me out."
