MR. ZECHES ALLOWED US TIME TO WALK THROUGH THE SHOW ROOM WITHOUT HOVERING BUT WAS READILY ACCESSIBLE TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS. HE HELPED US ARRANGE OUR ROOM TO THE BEST USE OF SPACE. THE DELIVERY TEAM USED HIS DIAGRAM TO PLACE OUR FURNITURE PERFECTLY . THE CARPET WAS WONDERFUL AND THE INSTALLER WAS EFFICIENT AND PLEASANT.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED CARPETING AND A BEDROOM GROUP. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY TOOK GREAT CARE OF US, AND THE DELIVERY TEAM WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

It was a real painful experience.
Description of Work: scratched leather couch when delivering. Promised a $50 refund they never sent. Little follow through on problem. Also delivered washer and dryer and did bring correct hoses. at the initial contact they said I did want an apartment size set that I should buy a standard set. I truely like the apartment size set we bought. we will no longer shop there and plan to purchase a refridger andstove next
