Great experience from start to finish. Kept me informed through the whole process, took time to explain everything that was done, the pricing and was extremely honest and reliable. I finally found a mechanic I can trust and will definitely recommend Thornton's to anyone that needs work done on their car.

They took there time with a complete diagnosis . Both cars needed to
stay over night; the civic needed a muffler, they did an excellent job
and did not charge us storage when we needed extra days to pick up the
civic.

I used them a few months ago. As a family, we use them all the time. They are honest. They won't do anything that does not need to be done. They check it and let you know. Honesty can be hard to find in a mechanic. If I need a headlamp changed I can call them and they will take me right away. It is a family run business. I would always recommend them to other people.

The service was excellent. My car was taken in immediately when I arrived and the work completed. The price was reasonable.

I made an appointment for car servicing and was taken care of without wait time. They were very prompt. They did the work needed and explained in detail what was done so I knew exactly what was wrong that needed to be fixed. On on occasion they ordered a tire when I had damaged one of mine and found the tire even though it was not easily available.

Went very well, will point consumer to correct place to go if problems cannot be found at Thortons. Will sacrifice profit to make sure job is completed correctly. Bottom line is they will not take your money by doing a job they can or cannot do.
