B-Dry Systems of Southern New York, Inc.

My husband and I were introduced to B-DRY SYSTEMS OF SOUTHERN NY, in 2011. Whenever it rained our basement would get puddles, as the basement is partially below ground level. We were told by an acquaintance, that B-DRY had installed their system in a local firehouse, where flooding was problematic. We called B-DRY and a representative came to our home. He inspected our basement and exterior and went on to explain exactly how their system would be installed in our basement and the equipment that would accompany it. An estimate was given and and soon afterwards, the work and installation began. The workmen were polite and knowledgeable and at the end of completion each day, they left our basement and driveway tidy. Twelve years late, now 2023, our basement system is still operating well. With the most recent rainstorm dumping approximately 7.5” of rain in our area, the system continued to function even after one pump stopped working. The secondary pump (system is set up with two pumps) picked up immediately, without residual problems. We called the company and the same day a technician came and replaced the one pump, checking to make sure that everything was operating well. We cannot offer any complaints. Management stands behind their product! Realize, that the cost we paid in 2011, would not reflect what the same basement system would cost today!!

All work was done as per job estimate. The work was actually completed a day earlier than expected. The crew was very punctual and neat. Not a bit of dust made its way into my house. Would recommend highly.

Dealing with B-Dry was great. From the consultation, to the office answering my questions, to the punctual professional team working in my basement. They kept me informed about the work being done, performed the work quickly, and cleaned up after the job. While on the pricier side of a home improvement, I have not had any issues with water in the basement for the past few months, and to far the system is holding up very well to the Spring thaw and April rain.

The house was completely dry of any water for the years that I owned it. We were able to build a nice bedroom downstairs.

It went beautifully, they gave us an estimate, then came and installed the system around the exterior walls of the house with a sump pump for drainage. We have been happy since 1986 with no complaints or issues. They insulated all walls & sealed 1 ft high with B-dry Rigid sealer. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone with a basement or lower level water issue. The installers were professionals and the work was completed in the estimated time.

It went as presented in initial meeting. We were kept up to date as the work progressed.

Could not be more pleased with the B-Dry system and the work they did. The crew was punctual, professional, neat, pleasant, and also explained what would be happening at various stages of the job. The basement area was gutted by our own contractor, and then B-Dry did its work. We are on a hill so gravity does it job (no sump pump required). Even the work to dig the narrow trench for the drain pipe was carefully done, filled in and reseeded. No delays. No surprises. We had the basement renovated and it is now a comfortable, dry wonderful living space. The system seems to be working as promised and we could not be happier with the outcome. Our representative, in the Hudson NY area was Bill Hennekins. We recommend the H B-Dry system without qualification.

The men were courteous ,they worked efficiently and claened everything up when they were done .

Excellent and Flawless. These guys are great. They fixed my basement water issues, quick and effectively.

It went great. We haven't seen any water since it was installed. The work took longer than expected b/c the basement floor was so tough to hammer through but they stuck to the agreed price so it didn't cost us any extra for all the extra hard work which was a relief for us.

Jim Hennekens was the B-Dry representative for my contract and did absolutely amazing work with his crew. Jim is by far the most professional and diligent contractor I have ever hired. As an active duty military officer, and I was extremely impressed with how efficient and organized B-Dry performs its work. The price of the contract was very reasonable and was worth every dollar! I will only hire and recommend B-Dry to my friends and family.

It went very well. As it turned out, I didn't need to spend any money; and Bill refused to accept any money for his time and thorough inspection.
