Completely thorough, professional, and worth the money and time. I had met with several deck builders. None of them informed me about the paperwork involved with the town. They simply wanted to get hired, get paid, and start. Larry was the ONLY one who supplied a portfolio of previous jobs. He also explained the lengthy permit process, which I confirmed with Town Hall. This was an eye opening and MASSIVE plus!!! Walt and Chris worked tirelessly and meticulously to build our beautiful deck and Larry was on hand occasionally to supervise. He kept us informed us during every step of the process. The result is a BEAUTIFUL deck that has been cleared by the town. I cannot emphasize just how happy we are with the entire process and the finished job. Do your research first, and then stick with NY Worker Bees. You will not only be happy with the end result but you will also save yourself $$ and a massive headache as well as seeing the value and correctness of your decision.

Had our basement finished by them. While the work appears to be of good quality (only one major issue since completion 5 months ago that was addressed and remedied immediately), communication with Larry often proved to be challenging. While he was always very prompt at responding to us with any questions/concerns, at one point I felt that I needed to have some sort of paper trail and would only communicate with him via text/email as many things that were discussed had been forgotten or confused. The job also took 4 months longer than it was supposed to (contract said estimated completion in April 2018, job wasn't completed until August 2018). However, the basement looks beautiful and I am happy with the final product. One of his main guys Brian, and Larry's partner Kim, were very easy to work with, while we sometimes had push-back from Larry on ideas of ours. Upon final inspection, he pointed out flaws in the work done by some of his "inexperienced" workers (his words) and basically threw his own guys under the bus. I appreciate the honesty but that came off as a bit unprofessional. I believe that doing decks/porches are more their forte, as they have lots of amazing reviews for that kind of work. Maybe finishing a basement is too big of a job for them?

It went amazingly - Larry and the Worker Bees family did an Outstanding job at taking the old deck down, replacing with a brand new Trex deck and railings/gate and stairs. The demo took a half a day - there was no debris left over - and the construction took about two days to complete in full - well earlier than he had estimated it would take to complete, and the results are amazing.

Larry and the Workerbees crew did an OUTSTANDING job. The deck is truly a work of art, and the finished results speak for themselves. The job was finished in basically 3 days max - half a day for demo, and a day and a half to construct and finish the deck, stairs, railings and gate. It is beautiful, solid, and now we have years to look forward to on our new deck!

I was looking for a roof replacement at a reasonable quote with a local company. I found NY Worker Bees to give me the best value with great customer service. Three of their best guys showed up, one being an experienced carpenter of over 25 years which showed in the excellent work which was done. Not only were the workers extremely talented but their demeanor and great attitude, as well as professionalism is what made me feel the need to share my experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any type of housework. I'm ecstatic with the finished product and plan on hiring them for both my bathroom shelving next as well as a new outside deck in the near future. I also appreciate the fact that they showed up in professional attire and could hold conversation while going over all the job details with me. I felt comfortable leaving them with my home while I could go off on my day at work without worries. Thank you Worker Bees for your excellence!

The guys were all very considerate of the fact that there were small children around.  They kept the area clean.  They were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done.  We haven't had any leaks since the roof was replaced.  It looks great and even the neighbors asked us who did the roof because it looks so great.

MY DECK LOOKS  BEAUTIFUL. LARRY'S WORKERS WERE ALWAYS ON TIME VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS CLEAN AFTER THEM SELF. KIM WHO WORKS WITH LARRY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. I'M  SO HAPPY I PICKED  THIS COMPANY, WHAT A PLEASURE.

Great job, done within time frame.  kept yard cleaned up each day after work. workers were polite and respectful of property.
