Sundown Awnings

My Rollup Awning was falling off the side of the house. this is a very big 18 foot wide awning and it was unusable in this condition. Gene was able to fit me into his schedule and arrived early in the morning to tackle the job of replacing the headboard and remounting the awning. Not only did they remount the awning they cleaned and serviced the awning while it was off the house. After remounting and adjusting the awning it works even better now than when it was originally installed! I really couldn't be happier with Gene and his crew, Gene Jr. and John. It is great to have my awning back in working condition and I am looking forward to hiring them again to fabricate and install a new awning on the front of the house!

I contacted Sundown Awnings to inquire about a repair to my current awning (Sundown Awnings did not install my awning). My available time for repair was limited due to a pending military commitment. Gene from Sundown made room in his schedule to accommodate us and within a few days arrived at our home when promised, performed the repair and was very communicative throughout the entire process. Highly customer oriented, professional, and easily the best contractor I have ever worked with. A pleasure doing business with Gene and Sundown. Emphatically recommend!

They did the work on time like they promise and the design is the way I wanted.

They not only installed the new awning, but they also repaired the siding that was damaged when the old awning collapsed from wind and snow. They actually did the install ahead of schedule, showed up on time and did an outstanding job. i will definately recommend Sundown to me friends and neighbors.
