He was very prompt. Showed up Friday after calling him on Thursday afternoon. He identified where the leak was and ordered the part. Said it would be a week. The part arrived early and he asked if he could come early. He had the part replaced in 30 minutes.

Everything went fine with him; he told me that I need to get a new refrigerator.  He was close by so probably it was his proximity that made me go with him.  Further he was rated well.  He was prompt he was right on time and he was good.  I just could not afford to repair it.  Actually it does not pay to fix a refrigerator when it is half the price of the refrigerator.

He was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed micro-switch with the root cause being a poor quality connection that heated the switch.  He was able to create a replacement part by adjusting a modern micro-switch and fixed the connection to prevent other failures.
I do not impress easily and was very impressed by Don Branker.

Don arrived on time.He was very pleasant. He got right to work . Within 5 - 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem then fixed it in about 20 to 30 minutes. he was knowledgeable and very pleasant. I would definitely call them again if I had a problem with any of my appliances!! I HIGHLY recommend Brankers. The cost was also reasonable. Than you Brankers for making my day!

I was very pleased with Mr. Branker's service. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgable about the work that needed to be done. He also compared the cost of repair to replacement, which made me lean towards purchasing a new microwave rather than repairing the one I had (note that there is a service change leveled for checking out each appliance). Of particular note is that Mr. Branker followed up on a question I had, two weeks after the repair was done, even though I said I would get back to him. The quality of the service was worth the price, which in my estimation was average based on other applicance repair companies that I spoke too. One thing: be sure to have the discount coupons on the Angie's list website available in order to capture the $30 discount.
Bottom Line: Excellent service at a fair price. Will certainly use him should another appliance problem occur.

My Kitchenaid dishwasher died over the weekend. I called Brankers this morning to set up an appointment. However, instead of setting an appointment, Mr. Branker suggested it might be a simple problem and told me how to fix it myself: Power cycle the washer. I did it and it worked. To me, this demonstrated an integrity that deserves to be recognized.

Mr Branker returned the call promptly but after we discussed the model of my dishwasher and the problem occuring, he asked me a few questions and then advised me that this would be an expensive repair due to where the motor was located, the age of the dishwasher, the repair code is was giving me. He said that due to the location of the parts, the labor cost would be considerable and it was not worth repairing.
I very much appreciated his honesty. He received no compensation for his advice and I went out and bought another unit.
I would definitely call them again for any other needed appliance repairs.

It went very well, Mr Brankers was early for our appointments, he was very polite. The stove needed repair, parts had to be ordered, Mr. Brankers said they should be in by the end of next week. The parts were in by Tuesday, that's the day the stove was fixed, I was cooking by lunch time. Highly recommend his company. I did ask him to look at another appliance, he suggested I buy a new one.
Great worker, honest & loves animals, you can't beat that.

. Roper parts are not available. He told us to have the propane company close off the pipe because we decided not to have a gas stove anymore.  I forgot to use my coupon.  :(    oh well  He is a very nice man.   We appreciated his honesty and we would definitely call him again.

First of all Mr Branker said he would arrive between 2 and 4 pm --At 2pm he was at our door!. He inspected our old dryer and gave us options to repair or replace it. Mr Branker was very professional and explained the situation , in an easy to understand manner.This was our first time using this company , and they will be the company I call again next time there is a repair issue . I highly recommend them.

He did what he had to do, he was very polite and responsive. The fridge is working very well as price is concern I can not say if this was a good price or not, he stayed more than 2 hours and did work very well and answer all questions that were asked. Very pleasant experience.
