The sales person delivered what was promised, installers were friendly, prompt and fixed a couple of small things that needed repair for the new windows. A few years later I was spraying the outside of the windows to clean them and realized water was coming in to the house. I called Pace and they came right out to review the issue, found the problem, tried to fix it, accidentally broke the window and ordered us a new one. He also replaced all of the screen pulls with sturdier ones. I gave them an A because there was no hassle and they are professional and want their customers to be happy.

The installation went good.  Vary happy with the new doors, and notice a huge difference on the efficiency on heat/cool loss.  The installer did a good job removing all the rotted out frame and hold door.  Our installer even went above and beyond by removing safety bars that was placed around the house from the previous owners which was no longer needed.  He even smoothed over and cover up the holes left by the screws.  I consider this A customer service, and I be looking into replacing my screen doors with Pace.
The price may be a little high, but after receiving pricing from other competitors.  The price wasn't much more.  I even had one competitor try to rip me off by charging twice as much for the same amount of work.  Plus Pace was supplying a better product than the other Competitor.

Contacted the provider for a quote to complete work for all new windows and doors.  During contact, provider learned that the windows and doors were for a house in "estate" status.  They were snotty and refused to quote--simply couldn't be bothered--even though the money was 100% ready and secure, and the job would be paid in cash.  Told me they "don't deal with estates."  Quoted with multiple other providers and did not experience estate status as a problem.

Very good.  Service not yet done. Waiting 8 more weeks (manufacturing).

The cost was relatively cheap because of an Angie's list coupon, however their prices are generally high. But you get what you pay for! These are very high quality windows and we are happy with them.

I visited the location to see a garden window in person.  I needed 6 windows replaced; 5 double hung and 1 garden window.  An appointment was set up for an estimate.  No one showed up, I was just about to write a review on Angie's list about the no show and then received a call from Pace...to summarize, I agreed to another appointment per their misunderstanding.  I decided I would hire Pace to replace my windows after the second appointment.   
The installers were professional and courteous and completed in 1 day.  Immediately I could feel the difference in the heat of  my home.  There no longer was a draft around the windows or the coldness of the rooms.  For the first time in many years I didn't need an electric blanket to warm my bed; my bed was room temperature, not ice cold.  
My garden window in my kitchen is beautiful.  Gorgeous.  But know the exact measurements prior to agreeing to this.  Long story short, due to my experience regarding measurements this should no longer be an issue to anyone.  Pace mentions measuring from the inside wall.  It was critical that the measurements  in my situation that every inch counted.  I measured with the salesman inside my wall & outside to know exactly where the garden window would protrude from the outside of my home.   It didn't add up but I trusted what I was I was being told and this 18"inch garden window (per interior) measurements now are 24" interior.  So now I have to use a small step stool to open and close the window.  My outside measurements doesn't allow for the the deck furniture to rest comfortably against. 
So, conclusion....I was informed that salesman will be made aware of proper disclosure of accurate measurements and how it will realistically affect the homeowner.  Meanwhile, please make certain what you signed up for is what you get.
Overall, I am pleased with the performance with the windows.  Not so happy with the salesmans measurements...this will be a lifelong effect for me.  I have to use a step stool to open and close my garden window and my deck has to accommodate the garden window that protrudes from my kitchen.  Overall the quality is there but is not conducive to my situation.

These guys are great. They show up on time, clean up after themselves & have a fantastic product. In addition to the windows themselves, the package comes with new screens & new outside trim. The bedrooms are a lot warmer with these new windows & they look great.  I gave them a B for price - apparently it was high because we wanted two colors on our windows (one on the inside, one on the outside) & neither one was standard white. I didn't ask exactly how much cheaper white would be, because I didn't want to be tempted. But it sounded like white might have saved us 25%, so it's worth considering. The warranty is astonishing - it covers everything forever. This includes the screen! And baseballs through the windows. It's transferable to the next owner. This kind of warranty also gives me confidence in their product - companies can't afford to provide warranties like that unless their products are really good.

I couldn’t have been happier.  I had a brand new front door.  The doors are pretty costly.  They are unique in the sense that it is designed and it is bullet proof.  It is very energy efficient.  My experience with them was very positive.  The salesman was very thorough.  I was able to negotiate a little bit with him on price.  They did have to come back and take care of few things that the fellows didn’t get perfect the first time.  They couldn’t have been nicer about everything.  They didn’t charge me anything extra when they came out.  I did get several estimates and theirs was a little higher.  I went with it because I felt good about the company.

More expensive than some of the providers I talked to, but they put in very high quality windows, and I'm quite happy with the work.

I really liked their product. The only problem was that the salesman forgot to turn in the order, and we had to wait 6 weeks for the product to be made. When we called, they had no record of our order, and had to place a whole new one. When they made it, one of the windows was 3/4 of an inch too small. They put some boards in to make up for the difference, and the installation was excellent. They did a very effecient job with that. From the time they measured to the time they installed, it was about 3 months, but we were very satisfied with the product in the end.
