Overall, the experience was excellent. They were very professional and the product is top-notch. The installation was excellent, too; there was alot of attention to detail.

The windows came out perfect. All the exterior/interior trim was done the way I would have done it. The quality of workmanship was better than I anticipated. Their professionalism was perfect and it was a very good experience.

Every single member of the Pace team that we worked with were considerate, professional, and skilled.  The window crew did an excellent job.  There was a small problem with a basement window that had a small leak.  Pace sent someone out to fix it and they worked with us until the issue was resolved.  The men doing the blown insulation did a great job.  They cleaned up any mess and were very thorough.  The siding part of the job was the biggest job and took the longest, but the crew worked extremely hard to get it done in the time frame promised.  They even came on a Saturday to keep on schedule.  We were very pleased with the quality of all the materials used and how the staff always cleaned up the work area before they left each day.  Pace Energy did an audit and presented recommendations for energy savings.  We know the house is in great shape now that we've made these improvements.  Pace Energy worked with Isaac Heating to replace our furnace and hot water heater.  All around, the items we bought were very good quality.  I can't tell you how good it felt over the course of this project to develop trust in a company the way we did in Pace.  Our house looks fabulous (even a realtor stopped by to say that it was a remarkable transformation!), our energy bills are reduced, and the house is much more comfortable.  We are very happy we selected Pace to do this job.

While there was a bit of a delay between the service request and the actual date of inside work, the quality of the technician's work more than made up for it. Scott was the technician assigned. He was knowledgeable, efficient and very professional. He arrived when he was scheduled. He got right to work on the doors.
We have been very satisfied with the work done by Pace. We have used Pace for doors, windows and siding in the past. We expect that we will continue that relationship in the future.

The salesman was on time, professional, and answered all my questions and I had a lot of them.  My job began less than 6 weeks from the final measure which I appreciated.  There was a misunderstanding regarding the two front windows but it was handled so well I wasn't inconvenienced at all.    At the initial appointment the other 4 windows were installed and everything cleaned up and the crew gone in less than 4.5 hours including the time to remove the problem windows and temporarily install two new ones so they actually installed 6 windows in that time.  One of the men also fixed and adjusted my front storm door which was not part of the job but he did as a courtesy. It is those little things that impressed me about the Pace crew.  Within two weeks I had another appointment for the installation of the two front windows where the problem had occurred.  Again, the crew showed up exactly on time (different crew than the first one), and went right to work.  My property was cared for inside to the point that Dan spotted a picture on the wall that I forgot to remove and removed it for me.    Throughout the job both crews that came out were friendly, answered my questions and cleaned up their work area.  I had some concerns about how the windows were closing on the tops so Pace also sent out Jeff who adjusted them and explained how to operate them easier (I have limited use of one arm).  His sensitivity was very much appreciated.  I gave Price an A rating because I was offered three choices of windows in different price ranges. I decided on the median priced window because Pace manufactures it and it has a lifetime warranty including labor.     Throughout the entire process I always felt my concerns, questions, property, satisfaction, etc. were of utmost importance.  Next year it will be time to put new siding on the garage.  I will be phoning Pace for an estimate.

I am very pleased with the installation.  They showed up on time and took care with each step of the process.  The only snag was that the person that measured for the estimate was assigned to a different job the day of the install.  It took a few extra hours on the following day because of that.  No work on an old house is easy and that was really not a big deal.

The two person installation took approximately 3 hours, no surprises. They cleaned up the outside and inside.

We have Pace windows and doors throughout our house, so our first call about the storm door was to Pace. When I asked whether they had anyone to recommend to do the trim replacement, I was delighted to hear that they could do that as well. In case you're wondering why we would have someone come to replace the storm door when it's a job most homeowners just do, the door faces where most of our intense weather comes from, and the existing door had virtually disintegrated. The door quality was of paramount importance and we knew Pace would provide it. Brian called in the morning to let us know his ETA and was here promptly. Work was fast and professional, as always, the door is perfect and the trim job looks terrific. We have had Pace here numerous times, and the work they do brings us back again and again. We had one single issue of difficulty some years back, and not only was it fully resolved, I got a personal call from the president of the company apologizing for what happened and explaining the full story. What happens in difficult situations tells a great deal about a company, and we can testify that Pace's customer service is as good as the quality of the product. You can't go wrong with Pace.

In a nutshell, I stopped at the showroom twice, once to ask about awnings, and another hoping to catch my salesman there. We had a lot of trouble coordinating his, my wife's and my schedules, not his fault. He didn't have a sample book I could borrow to show her and return, so we played phone and e-mail tag for a couple of weeks. Finally we coordinated and he came to the house. Nice guy, pleasant, friendly etc..  As it turned out we had some special needs that required a decision one way or the other. He gave us rough verbal estimates for both ways, and I told him to write up both and send them to me, we'd make a decision and pick an awning. Everything to this point was just fine. Then I never heard from him again. No quote, follow up, anything. Maybe I'm lame, but If you can't be bothered to follow through on a quote, with a customer who has basically said "I want to buy your product and services", I have misgivings about how you would follow up on problems.
By the way, I ended spending nearly twice as much with a competitor who has been awesome. Very professional.

Pace provided us with an estimate for the work to be done about 6 weeks before they installed the windows.  They arrived on time the day they said they would and put down cloth coverings on the stairs and in the rooms to prevent tracking in dirt. They were courteous and professional, and finished the job in one day as they said they would.  The windows look really nice and work well, and the price was exactly the same as the estimate. I am pleased and would use them again.

We were referred to them through a friend. They did very good work. The price was pretty adequate for the work that was done.

My experience working with Pace was an extremely positive one, starting with the saleman.    Workers were extremely professional. Job was completed as scheduled and workmanship was great.    I love my windows and doors and I would recommend Pace to anyone who is looking for a professional company.  I wish all companies was as good as Pace.

The thing I liked the most was that I didn't feel like they were trying to give me a hard sell. They gave us our options and I really appreciated that.

They were very responsive and professional, but they were too expensive.  They quoted me an amount of $4000.  I would use their service in the future if their price is reasonable.

I thought that they were a good company.  It was just that their pricing was higher than the other company that I went with.  Their quality of windows seemed good.   They were very good to deal with.  We went over to visit them.  They took us on a factory tour.  They were good people.  They were knowledgeable.  I had no problem with them.  It was just because of their price that I went with another company, but they were both rated approximately same by the people online.  They didn’t have to respond and I never heard back from them.  I thought that it might be a little bit different if they had called back because of the fact that I used to be in sales.  They were here when they were supposed to be.  They were professional.

They did a real fine job. I thought that their price was very reasonable. It was surprising to me at the time that they could do what they did for that price. Their professionalism was excellent, considering that they had put them in some years ago and still take responsibility for some of the things that happened and that surprised me too. The quality of their work was very good. They came when they said they were coming. They had told me that they would be here at such and such a time and they were here within probably 15 minutes of the time they had stated.

They are phenomenal.  Their reputation is what stood out to me about them.  They installed windows at my in-laws house and my in-laws are very happy.  To make my in-laws happy they got to be good.  Their pricing was competitive.  It wasn't good or bad.
