We had a lot of questions before starting the work. Tradewell met with us and addressed all of our concerns. We ended up doing a kitchen and other remodeling not the basement. The workers were in and out according to schedule and professional. The painters / plasterers could have used a little more plastic tarps to limit spread of dust in a few corners , a minor thing but overall the job ran smoothly and there were no surprises.

I am very satisfied with the work and customer service provided by the Tradewell Construction team. Greg is very detailed oriented and was constantly thinking of ways to make improvements during the renovation. I appreciate his sincerity and thank him for always offering his professional advice that was not in his best interest but my own. My bathroom renovation were exactly what I envisioned and my new doors have given my home a fresh new look. Santana, Wil, and Greg thank you so much!

My husband and myself wanted to remodel our bathroom to be accessible for our child who is wheelchair bound. We explain to Greg (TRADEWELLCONT.) that our child will be away at camp for 10 days and we would like to have it done before our child returns. Greg gave us a date for Sept. but he was able to complete almost the whole job before my child returned from camp. TRADEWELL did a wonderful job on our bathroom and we love it. The next project we have to work on our home we definitely will use Greg/TRADEWELL

The kitchen and bathroom are exactly what we wanted. They look like they are right out of a magazine. Greg worked with us to figure out exactly what we needed and when some unexpected issues arose with the project he offered good suggestions which were at a reasonable cost to correct.

The initial consultation was fair when compared to other estimates we received. Other than a few delays with establishing a start date, the process started very smoothly for the first couple of days. Unfortunately, the plumber who started the initial work took ill and delayed progress. Overall from start to finish the work took a total of 11 days to be completed. The final outcome met and exceeded our expectations. We are definitely comfortable and happy with bath. We would recommend. Thanks

I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS HOW HAPPY I AM WITH THE WORK PERFORMED ON MY HOME BY TRADEWELL CONSTRUCTION. My husband and I are extremely happy with the work done by Tradewell Construction. The quality of their workmanship is beyond my expectations and is far superior to projects completed in my apartment by others in the past. Everyone I've dealt with at Tradewell was always professional and courteous. As the job was in progress, my questions were addressed in a timely manner, and any concerns we had were immediately resolved. The workers kept everything clean within my apartment, as well as throughpout the building. I couldn't be happier and will only call upon Greg at Tradewell for any and all future projects!

I am very pleased with Tradewell overall. From the moment I had my first meeting with Greg, I knew that I would be considering them for my construction needs. They are totally professional, courteous and dependable. Their workers follow through on all of Tradewell's standard of excellence and service. Throughout the two weeks that they were in my home, they worked very hard to ensure that everything went smoothly and that I was pleased with the results. They bent over backwards to get the job done to my satisfaction. I have no regrets and would highly recommend them without a doubt. I am looking forward to working with them again in the near future.
