Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Mr.Parco redid our roof in October of 2007. He was supposed to send us the warranty for the roof but he still has not done it yet. We have contacted him about 5 times and each time he says he will call back and never does, when he was trying to get the contract, we were able to get him on the phone, now that the work is done, he is nowhere to be found.

I felt really comfortable with him and didn't feel like he was giving me a line. I had interviewed a lot of roofers and never felt like it was the right person when I sat down with John I knew that I would go with him. So far my roof is holding out. The one thing I did have a little problem with and it probably wasn't his fault was that the company that picks up the garbage container took over a week to pick it up.

They were very accommodating. If there was a problem they came and corrected it.They could have been a little more careful when putting back my gutters. Overall they were pretty good. Nice people

John Parisi made promises he did not keep. He called to say he would be dropping off material. An hour later, 15 minutes before a 40 minute downpour, the roof of my garage was OFF. John Parisi never communicated to me he was starting the project OR that he had partners, OR that he would outsource our contracts. 2 partners showed up on the site and never introduced themselves to me. They treated me with disrespect. TWO JERKS. John Parisi promised to PLASTIC cover the attic items. He forgot. Had I KNOWN they were coming I WOULD HAVE. Removing the house roof created filthy detritus. I hope someone benefits from reading this. Shame on Parco.
