Phenomenal. Mike figured out the issue with our water heater very quickly and was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. We also asked him about a separate drain issue while he was here and he assessed/quoted us for work on that as well and was able to return to take care of it for us just a few days later. We're definitely going to work with Mike & All Trades again—can't imagine having a better experience!

Mike and All Trades P & C are excellent in both their craft and customer service. The work was done professionally, thoroughly and in a timely fashion. Within a half an hour of calling he was there. He had the right tool to do the job. The clog was likely due to a child's toy dropped into the toilet. The power snake used chopped right through it and we were done in less than a half an hour. I like dealing with him and he's very knowledgeable about plumbing issues.

Mike McGovern and his son Brian installed a Navian NPE-240S2 tankless water heater and removed the old 50 gallon tank. The installation required new vent piping. Mike considered several options for routing the pipes and made an extraordinary effort to implement the venting with a maximum of six elbows as specified by the manufacturer to assure adequate venting, away from windows, while still providing protection against rain. It has now been seven weeks and the new installation has performed flawlessly. I could not be more pleased with the work.

Recently, Mike and Brian replaced my old and leaky water heater & tank with a tankless system. The work was done with professionalism and promptness; they cleaned up the work areas thoroughly before they left. I would definitely call on them if I need similar-type work done in the future.

Michael was exceptionally helpful and a remarkable problem solver. We called him at 8pm when our broken water heater was flooding the bathroom, and after helping us stop the flood over the phone, he took out and replaced the heater the next day. It was a tricky job—the pipes were in all sorts of unusual places from the previous owner—and he figured it all out with good humor and skill. We’re so grateful for his timeliness and expertise!

Just had a very in depth conversation about my hot water heater options and pricing. Mike answered my call immediately, got back to me within minutes with pricing on 75gal gas water tanks and proceeded to spend another 40 min talking with me about alternative options and pricing for those options. We even spent some time talking about water softening systems at my request. I'm very grateful for his time and knowledge and plan to contact him in the near future. It was a pleasure conversing with him. Who would have thought water heaters could be so interesting?

I called Michael on a Tuesday night asking for a furnace tune up and toilet removal. He and Brian came on Wednesday morning and was flexible to stay for many unexpected hours when they identified there were old parts on the furnace. They also identified a sewer main blockage / chimney blockages and took a look at things for me that he really didn't have to. Michael and Brian were personable and explained everything in detail. They were also transparent about the breakdown of costs/why! There is a reason they have so many 5 star reviews.
