Description of Work: We have an old but beloved Gaggenau cooktop. When one of the burners went out a couple of years ago, the technician I called then said it could not be repaired as it was too old to get parts. When a 2nd burner went out recently, I called several repair companies till I found one who worked on that brand. The technician from Appliance Repairmen fixed the "unfixable" one from 2-3 years ago on the spot. He came back a few days later with a part that would fit the newly broken one. He's my hero.

 + -1 moreHe's pretty awesome. The guy assessed the problem really quickly and he had equipment with him to fix it. He took care of it very efficiently and quickly. I think he might have given me like a deal on the equipment because he already had it or something which was nice. When he left I called him up because I was having trouble calibrating how to turn it down or up and he was very responsive, explained to me how to do that and I had a really go experience. The repairman's name was Sadeek so my good experience was due to have luckily gotten him.
Description of Work: He fixed my refrigerator. He replaced the thermostat.
