He's pretty awesome. The guy assessed the problem really quickly and he had equipment with him to fix it. He took care of it very efficiently and quickly. I think he might have given me like a deal on the equipment because he already had it or something which was nice. When he left I called him up because I was having trouble calibrating how to turn it down or up and he was very responsive, explained to me how to do that and I had a really go experience. The repairman's name was Sadeek so my good experience was due to have luckily gotten him.
