Salesperson was great and sells a very good product. The issue is their installers. Based on my experience they seem to sub the work out. the installer was impossible to get a hold of, never retuned our call and to get the work done we had to keep calling over and over again. Once the work was complete we had a minor issue and once again impossible to get a hold of the installer. Then when I wanted to escalate to the owner the answer was "the owner does not speak to the customer", who does that?
The sad part is they sell a quality product and if they just had professional installers they would be by far the best. I can tell you with all my frustration the pool looks great and the work is holding up.
