Casey visited us a few weeks prior to our trip to meet our pets. She was organized, professional and courteous. It was obvious that she was a natural when it came to pet care. She asked pertinent questions about our animal's care, took thorough notes and fully explained her services. Casey provided insurance information and a receipt for our deposit.
While we were away, Casey kept us informed about how things were going. She also sent pictures which was a nice bonus. Upon our arrival, it was apparent that our pets were well taken care of. Although they were excited to see us, they were calm and content. Our house was spotless and copious notes were left for us, outlining each day's activities while we were away.
Casey went above and beyond - trimmed our dogs and cats nails and applied ointment to one of our dog's hotspots. In fact, his hotspot looked better when we returned than it has in a long time. She also took the dogs for walks and brushed our cat for us.
The cat litter was clean as was the yard. Again, Casey went above and beyond and we appreciated it. We'll definitely use her again and recommend her to our friends and family.
