I had used this service previously and was satisfied with the work for these replacement windows which have plastic clips and other plastic and aluminum parts that break off in time and need to be replaced. In mid-June as I was readying two apartments for rental, I called Renzo Berardi of Mr Screenman to check all windows in these apartments as I had noticed three or four that were malfunctioning. He arrived at the scheduled time, checked all 14 and noted that about five needed repair - although one of the three or four I had noted only needed an adjustment which he performed at that time. He needed to order different parts for the other windows, so we scheduled an appointment for the repairs for June 27 - just in time for the lease start-up date of July 1, 2014. The work was done. I will use this service again as Renzo was prompt, courteous, and professional.
