First of all, when he came in, he didn't have the right supplies. He asked me for money to purchase the sealer. It took him an 1 1/2 before he returned with the materials. He started to clean the floor and put the sealer down. He said he would come back and apply the second coat. He got so much moisture between the kitchen floor and the dining room laminate, that the laminate started to buckle. Now I have to replace the whole dinning room floor. The first coat of sealer started coming off and we have yet to hear from him.
