We recently moved and required work to be done in our nursery for our upcoming arrival. It was a small job and we needed it done quickly but didn't want to spend a lot. We looked locally, but could only find places in Rochester. We did get quotes but had to pay for the travel as well. I found an ad for Butler Home Improvements in the local Penny Saver and we couldn't have been happier. He responded to my email immediately and came out to do the quote the same day! After quoting us the best price we had gotten, we set up a date for a week later to start the work. Knowing we were pressed for time, Roy called us about a cancelation only 2 days later and the room was done the same week we got the quote!! In addition, he did more than he had originally quoted us for!
This was our first experience w/a contractor and we will never us anyone else in the future. It was an all around good and extremely professional experience.
