Everything was okay until you had a problem. If you don't have to use them they're good, but it you have to use them it's not good. We took over a contract from the previous owner and had them come on a yearly basis to check for termite. We had them check for carpenter ants when I had them in the windowsill. They got rid of them. They would look and see everything was fine and left. They didn't treat for termites ever, until they closing for that house. And then all of the sudden there was a tunnel here and damage there. They had been coming for years and everything was fine. They never treated for termites. There was enough damage that we had to pay the buyers. There was never any communication. They didn't really do anything.
