The were very pleasant and professional to deal with. I felt they were very thorough and I would most definitely recommend them to family and friends. The price was very reasonable because I saved a lot of money with a coupon.

Eric was prompt, professional, neat, thorough and honest. He discussed his findings, performed the work quickly, and did some minor repairs that were NOT included in the Big Deal. He advised a simple future repair instead of a major overhaul when the slightly worn sprocket eventually fails.

Mark, the service man was obviously experienced and knew what he was doing. He repaired the door and it is now working very well. He was very polite and courteous.

Jim called to confirm the appointment and said he would come over after an emergency appointment. He arrived as promised. Jim replaced the pulley's, tightened and lubricated the hardware. The door is now operating quietly, just like new. Results were greater than expected. Jim said the 40 y/o opener was OK and need not be replaced today.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY CAME OUT AND TOOK A LOOK AT IT. THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PARTS RIGHT AWAY AND SO THEY PUT SOMETHING TEMPORARY IN UNTIL THE PARTS CAME. WHEN THE PARTS CAME, THEY CAME BACK AND FIX IT RIGHT AWAY.

I HAD TO ORDER A DOOR AND I WAITED FOREVER. I HAD TO CALL THREE TIMES. IT MIGHT NOT HAVE BEEN HIS FAULT, HE BLAMED IT ON THE COMPANY BUT IT TOOK FOREVER. IT DIDN'T COME AT THE TIME HE SAID IT WOULD. I ALSO FELT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH.
